Where do I start I ordered food from here off Uber, the food I got today was old dry, disgusting I couldn't even chew the chicken sandwich cause it was so old and dried out , so I contact Uber they said I have to contact the restaurant so I contact the restaurant, he says I can't get a refund okay cool I get it 3rd party , I than ask can I bring back this old dry gross chicken and get fresh chicken made please ..... they need to start giving out receipts to EVERY customer. they over charged my boyfriend and I by $15 and when we went back they said no receipt no refund even though they REFUSED to give us a receipt
and guess what their response was? "well...you didn't ask for a receipt." 🙄😒
Every time we go there, we get short change on chicken order eight piece get 7 order, 12 pieces get 10 or if we are lucky 11pieces..I go there once every 3 or 4 months just to check if still the policy.. today still the policy..same owner for years same policy...Cheat
