(One maybe two bites). The thigh, if that is what it was three in square with no meat I could get my teeth into. The skin was golden brown and raised above one bite of meat. It looked like there would be a lot to it. There was, skin and bone.
We will not be back. I pray you have better luck for over $12 of your hard earned money and this was a fluke. And yes the biscuits have shrunk also?

The 16 piece bucket was over cooked, way over cooked!!! The skin was chewy and the meat was dry. The absolute worse chicken I've ever gotten. I paid $70 for this meal, and it was awful. The chicken nuggets were exactly the same way. All the other sides were great, but not that chicken. I'm sure I'll never go back there for their chicken. There's got to be a better option here in the TC area.

They Took almost 2 hours on one Item. One of Employees Walked past the Air fryer 5times and did 5 laps and They brought up how they are Low staffed but there was about 35 people in there unbelievable.

We kept giving them chances to do well and they'd be good for awhile. They are now back to bad. No more chances. Biscuits over cooked, dry, and crumbly. Chicken is continually left in the warmer too long and too hot and making the chicken dry, crunchy, and greasy. When the chicken has a translucent look, it's dried out! How can you live with yourself selling inedible food? The only thing worth buying on the chicken side is the cole slaw.

The guy who took my order told me that he would charge me $5 extra if I needed my meals in seperate bags. I was taken a few girls from the team home who live in different homes. Then he told me they were out of chicken and it was an hour before closing and when I noticed there was plenty of chicken, he said that was for online orders only. Then once I got my bag there was extra items of food. I did not order, when I let him know he stated that he had upgraded me and it was only $2. He had upgraded my meals on his own without me even mentioning and upgrade as though he was just trying to get over on more sales and hoping customers don't notice. He quickly gave me the money back as though he knew it was a sneaky and shady move. Pay attention to your food and bill. It all seemed suspicious to me. I will be contacting the general manager to let them know about these things.

We are in a hotel so we went there to get some food. Pretty basic, food is already made, all they have to do is dish it up and put it in a bag. Luckily we looked, because there were no forks. So we had to go ask, then we get to hotel and no butter or honey for our biscuits. I know its small minor things, but damn, your only job is to put the pre made food in a bag. Figure it out
I recently picked up an online order from this restaurant and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Two pieces of chicken were missing from my order, and the biscuits I received were crushed and in poor condition. Additionally, they did not include utensils, napkins, or straws, and I live quite far away, making it very inconvenient to return. It’s very disappointing to come home hungry and find that your order is incorrect. I talk with a lady at phone but even though I hope they can improve in the future.
