Drive-thru guy was rude. And seemed like he was too cool to be there working. The drumsticks were pretty good. The chicken littles were dry as hell. It was very obvious my business didn’t matter at 7pm. It’d been a very long day. I just wanted a quick and somewhat decent meal. And too top it off, when I got back to my hotel room I had no receipt ???. #failonalllevels
Ordered on line. The app said the order was ready. When I got there they said they didn't have it yet. I went and got my phone to show them that their app said it was ready. I waited for 20 mins and looked again to see if the order was ready. Oh yes. It was on the delivery shelf and had been there the whole time. I will not be going to the Columbia Centet store again.

I ordered a medium KFC fry... And we had to wait while they made fresh fries... Got home and it looked like it was barely a small size fry... Extremely disappointed. I guess if you want a medium size, you should order a large.

Where do I start I ordered food from here off Uber, the food I got today was old dry, disgusting I couldn't even chew the chicken sandwich cause it was so old and dried out , so I contact Uber they said I have to contact the restaurant so I contact the restaurant, he says I can't get a refund okay cool I get it 3rd party , I than ask can I bring back this old dry gross chicken and get fresh chicken made please ..... (It's literally a blizzard right now here which is why I didn't want to drive in first place but to get fresh edible chicken so I didn't just waste 40$ I will do it) the manager replies with NO I cannot.. EXCUSE ME??? if I bring u back this garbage chicken you guys gave me that I spent my money on you will not replace it with fresh chicken ??????? WTF kind of customer service is this?? Ordered take out - 12 pieces white & dark meat original recipe meal. Rec'd all dark & 4 extra crispy recipe. Chicken was dried out & had no KFC seasoning flavor. Called to speak with mgr. The person answering order phone said he was the mgr. He made no apologies & insisted that was what we ordered. Will never go to this Pasco KFC restaurant again!
I ordered a 3 piece, cost almost 16$. I get home and only have 2 pcs. This is not the 1st time from this same establishment. Kfc has ripped me off for the last time. I hope they are happy, because I'm passed. Thanks a lot kfc.

I'm not really sure what kind of rating I want to give to this KFC. The food was good. I ordered the 12 piece chicken combo for my dog and me. I know my dog liked the chicken because she even ate more than I did. She is a Chihuahua named Chocolata and she ate three legs before going to bed.I was disappointed because I asked for a fork, spoon and straw and didn't receive any of those items so it was kind of hard eating my corn and coleslaw because I am living in a hotel. It was ok not getting a straw because I just love getting stuff in my beard, a little sarcasm of course.I never got $15 per hour working, so I get a little disappointed when these fast food workers get paid that much and they can't even get the order right. I definitely consider them over paid just like athletes and movie stars.Minimum wage sure has hurt people who are on social security because we don't get the outrageous increases in pay that everyone else gets.I was very nice and gave a three star rating.
