Second time here. Went over a year ago and it was ok. Today they had just opened. The bartender told me I needed to use the machine to get change for the games. The machine had a slot for a credit card but it was broken, cash only. So I rode home and got cash and came back. The place was much busier when I returned. I stuck $5 in the machine. It gave me nothing. I looked for an employee, but there was only the bartender. Now he had a line of people 12 deep waiting for service. I saw another customer using the change machine. I told him not to. Too late. My time is too valuable to stand in line wait for a bartender to service a lot of people, and then hope he will refund my money. A sign says no refunds abovethe machine. I decide to leave and I tell the other customer who got robbed to go ahead and add my money to his request to get a refund since he was going to wait. The atmosphere and service would be rated higher if they had more than one employee to help people and I don't believe they serve food. It's very disappointing, because the world needs more places like this, it is the closest arcade to my home, it just seems poorly run, and it kills me to hate on a local place. On a side note the place is pretty small, also. I travel often and go to a lot of arcades, this is the worst one I've been to. I will visit in the future to see if it gets better and change my review at that time if it does. Hopefully, I will.

I really love this place ! BUT NBA JAM ate alot of my tokens. I LOVE nBA jam. But needs maintenance. Also pretty obvious that dead pool is magnatized to steal your pin ball. It kinda rotates shitty pin ball games and good ones hit miss. Its a great hang. Dont sleep. Hopefully they make this place what it really could be. Always been damn decent service. Was better during Covid. But still a staple in tri.

Fun place to go on a date or bring out some friends and play games. Drinks are on the spendy side, but games are fairly cheap play. Most games are a quarter per credit.

This place seems like it was great at a certain time but has not been maintained. Many games were out of order the past two times we went. Also, several games ate our tokens. Also it can get pretty hot in there with all of the machines running... maybe that's why so many need repair?

The bartenders have always been nice, and the drinks are good. I hope the owner will put in some money for repairs soon. Otherwise, the next visit will be our last.

Really nice place, went to this bar the first time and I honestly would recommend, really nice people and there are tons of arcade games, plus it's fairly priced

Did you know that if you bring your receipt from Proof (the restaurant right across from Power Up), you get $5 in tokens? After eating at Proof, I came right down and got some drinks. They are all video game based and wonderful! There are arcade machines on every corner and its ADA friendly by having an elevator for those that are handicapped or disabled and can't get up the stairs. It might be a little tight for a wheel chair, but go ahead and try this place out regardless! The bartenders are super friendly and this place is a great hangout spot. They also allow minors on the last Sunday of every month.

We are here from Boise, and Frankly, this establishment would die there. Games out of order, don’t work right, $9 for a sub par Long Island. Staff were super friendly, but still. If you want a small scale Dave and Busters, better find someone who can work on these older games. I use to work on arcade games and it’s not that hard, but takes interest from the owner to make it a positive experience and not just a “hangout” with graffitied bathrooms. Not impressed and left with over $2.00 of coins as I could find anywhere to spend them.

Nice quiet little place, I think it would have been better if they had some lights and music playing but maybe I went too early? First time going though. Also basketball hoops and air hockey is needed.

Food I had there was brought in so no rating there. Went to a private party. Service staff was excellent. Out of 4 pinball machines 1 actually worked. Also at least 2 other machines not working 6 out of about 20 machines means 25% of main attraction not working. But still had a good time.

Drinks are a decent price, and the bartenders were prompt and helpful.. Unfortunately most of the games are in disrepair and have buttons or joystick that don't work. Kind of defeats the point of an arcade- its like going bowling and the machine only stands up 7 pins every time.
