The girl at the front desk was very rude. We ordered cheesy bread and made sure and asked for Mariners sauce, she said we didn't ask for it. Tried to double charge is, we just left

They gave us the wrong order.It was call called, they said to bring it back.We did and then Theywould not take it After a manager on the phone said it no problem.That would bring it take it back.

I was in there at noon on a Friday, I ordered on line before getting to the store. It was busy but I got me order on time. As for the food the kids crushed the pizza and crazy bread and I enjoyed the deep dish supreme.

Had a pretty complicated order. Three pepperoni pizzas: hold the sauce on one, hold the cheese on another, and fully load it up on the third. Wanted em nice and hot for my son’s bar mitzvah so made sure to get there 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup. Ended up talking to the manager while I waited - young man named Owen. WHAT a guy. Bonded over our love of chainsaws, but that’s a different story. It was the highlight of my day, even better than the bar mitzvah! He made sure my pizzas were hot and juicy just the way I like em. GREAT customer service. Shabbat shalom!

Everything about this location seems to be just, okay. The pretzel crust isn't even real it looks like it's sprayed on. Both times I ordered this pizza with cheese sauce it was wrong, and both times I did order this pizza I was entertaining teenagers at my house. It's hard to return a pizza for it to be fixed when so many people have already started eating before I could discover the mistake. This has prompted me to be more cautious of my orders being correct at this location. The overall experience is like I said, just okay.

As for this Little Ceasars location in Richland, WA goes? My experience was efficient, friendly, and clean. Can't ask for more...right?

They messed up our order multiple times and then claim they don't know what to do about it. They say sorry but they aren't sorry at all. Really passive aggressive with the complaints said they would have the GM call to fix it and never did.

When I go to this location they always seem bothered to help and their bread sticks are old hard and dry and the pizza is gross. My suggestion is to give a different location a try

Only gave it a 1 because that's the lowest rating. Ordered online, got there to pick up my pizza, entered the code, and it was empty. They then tried to give me an order that wasn't mine (name was similar) then was accused by the owner of lying (he had sent my order with a door dash driver) and had 2 argue for 20 min before he decided to remake my order, and admitted something similar happened a couple days ago, and I never even got an apology.
