I got there about 5 minutes before my pizza was supposed to be ready. There were two pizzas on the counter when I got there, seemed odd but I tend to pay attention to my surroundings rather closely. Waited 10 more minutes and our deep dish pizzas came out of the oven. They then boxed the deep dish up and loaded all three pizzas into the pizza portal. I asked about them and the owner wasn't very concerned at all. Told him I have a food handlers card and know how food is supposed to be handled. He then offered to remake the two cheese pizzas.... While I wait another 12 minutes for my deep dish pizza to get cold?What an idiot. Customer service sucks!!!

Lin or Lynn the general manager was rude when we had called to let them know that we were going to exchange the horrible quality pizza and breadsticks that were lacking cheese and the crust on the pizza was rock hard as if it had been sitting for hours. I know Little Caesars isn't the highest quality of pizza but they definitely have low standards at this location compared to other. Lynn tried saying that we ate half the pizza when there was only two slices missing which we tried to eat while at home but it tasted worse than cardboard. Try another location in Tri-Cities I do not recommend this Kennewick location whatsoever. Actually try Excalibur pizza They have $8.99 large one topping pizzas that are amazing ? and it's just a couple blocks down from here.

Had to get somebody from the back to work the front, just to not have pizza ready, despite me being the only one. Then the pizza wasn't cut through, so every piece stuck together. For 10 bucks? That and homeless people out front? Y'all have gone down hill.

Quick and polite service. Great place to stop on your way home and grab some food. (One of the times I went there was a thuggish crowd in the parking lot. Not Little Ceasars fault, but it caused me to think twice on my next visit.)
Imagine if the "homeless" people that infest this place just applied inside. Then they wouldn't have to beg us paying customers for money. Honestly, the pizza is good for the price and the service is what you would expect but my God, the fact that you can't get some food without being flagged down and stopped because someone wants some drug money or free handouts really makes this place the opposite of welcoming. It's a shame management/ownership doesn't take a little more pride in their business. The cheap food doesn't balance out the question of safety in any way.
