The employees were amazing and very nice but the food was not as good, the bathroom was horrible, I hate how bad it was it could have been better if the toilet didn’t look what it was, food was decent though could be better ruins the franchise seeing this.

What a horrible way to attract customers and then poo-poo them out the door when your store screws up! Bought the Pineapple Pepsi and Large Pizza online and the ad special online was specific about the Pineapple Pepsi which my wife and I wanted to try. Paid online, went and picked up the pizza and as I ask for the Pineapple Pepsi, the worker said,"The whole city is out, replace it with something else". Really? You can only get it at Little Caesars and you're out and I bought the special just to hear that. Disappointed.
Employees here are always amazing. Every time I try to get pizza though, it ends up being a 40-60 minute wait because the owner or manager won't pay up for reliable employees. Always just one employee working. Pretty stupid, The owner is losing customers and money by having the wait, I see many people come in and leave because of the issue. HUGE shout-out to Claudia. She is amazingly professional and hard working, being the only employee here most of the time.

Pizza order said pickup time 25 minutes when I went to pickup order at pickup time my order wasn’t even in the oven yet. It took 25 more minutes to get my order so total 50 minutes and I only ordered 2 classic pizzas nothing custom. If your order pickup time will be delayed the app should tell you new pickup time so I don’t have to waste my time waiting.

I’m sick of this place. Anytime I try to call, no one answers the phone so I’m forced to order online only to show up at the shop to witness the employee on a personal call with earbuds in her ear. Today, I ordered pizza and crazy bread fresh to order, so I expected, and when I got home (I literally live a few minutes away), the crazy bread was as cold as if it had come out of the fridge and it was SLATHERED in way too much butter.
