Last Friday, I ordered a Big Mac combo meal on the way to work. About 30 minutes after eating, I started to get horrible stomach cramping and was forced to work through the pain. I highly recommend that people skip buying food from here. Never again will I eat at this McDonald’s, I know that they usually take food preparation seriously but not at this restaurant. Train your employees to change their gloves and clean the grill.

We just went through to get a mobile order and waited a little over 15 minutes for our food. We watched 7 cars leave behind us while we waited. My husband went in to see if y’all forgot about us and the girl snapped back saying they’re backed up and that McGriddles take 7 minutes. Even if that’s the case why did it take 15 minutes? I’ll go out of my way to the Steptoe location because they respect my time.

Clearly spoke my order to the front desk cashier. Got wrong order. Asked to fix. Lady acted like it was my fault. Asked for manager and didn't get much help either. I got my money back. Have fun McDonalds paying for the food cost and labor for nothing but disgruntled previously paying customer

Ordered 4 soft serve cones. She tried to charge me for 4 sundaes. I said no 4 cones.it was $8.35. I gave her a $20 she gave me a $1.00 I said no I gave you a $20. She argued I said look. She only gave me 11.00 back
I told her to learn how to count. She didn't understand us. My hubby spoke in Spanish to her she just looked at us like huh!!!
