Fast food preparation, friendly enough. Its not fancy but who doesn't like chicken nuggets? They have good coffee and offer discount for over 55. It can be noisy and hectic at lunch hour. Not a great choice for a business meeting.

So young lady behind the window charged me like 4times extra for two drinks. How I know this I went to different McDonald's again just for drinks. It's still 1 plus tax for drinks.I know no one will care so if the McDonald's next to Fred Meyer in Richland if they care to comment well I beg you to deal with young lady who lies to my face and doesn't think there will be no punishment. Here Miss you suck at your job and you should be replaced.

Came here since I saw a post on Facebook, I don’t understand the rush to close the playground so soon, as I see the reviews this location doesn’t care about customer service at all, miss when McDonald’s used to be for kids to have fun. Floors definitely need mopping. And they came to tell me playground will be closing I haven’t even being here for more then 10min. I like the drawing area but definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered from here and had missing items when I got home. I talked to Jose hernandez about the situation and from the start he was extremely rude. He refused to give me his higher-ups number. then I asked for the office number he said he wasn't going to give it to me and that I can just look it up on my own time because we was busy and didn't have time to deal with this. I then asked to speak to another manager since he was to "busy". Over all that manager needs retraining.

so my parents and i went to mcdonalds after seeing the marvels movie. we got home and after i changed into my pajamas to watch a show with them, i opened my bag and instead of a fucking cheeseburger, they gave me chicken nuggets. both i and my mom heard my dad say "cheeseburger". how the fuck do you get "chicken nuggets" from "cheeseburger"?! whoever took the order should be fired! this has been happening since the start of 2019 or 2020 and it's part of the reason why we rarely go to mcdonald's! not to mention the fries are always fucking cold! if you're gonna hire people who can't tell the difference between a burger and chicken nuggets, maybe you shouldn't even be open! we will not be going there again! i'm getting sick of this shit!

This is hands-down, the worst McDonald's in the Tri-CitiesSet an line for 20 minutes and then I get to the window for a free cheeseburger and I gotta pull up and wait !!! And then I get this cheeseburger and it's coldI am never ever ever coming back to that McDonald's ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

There must be an incentive here to be as rude as you can to customers because that's the only thing that makes sense the way these employees act. Hard to stay polite when the employees act like they would rather see you dead. There's like two employees that actually treat you like a human. It's a shame they're stuck working with the rest of this crew.
