Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.

I've ordered 3 times in 2 week. Filet of fish no tarter. Both time thru drive thru after 10 both had tarter. So I went in today and asked them to make me the right sandwich. There was no tarter but the kid barely put the cheese on the bun. What is the point of paying 5+ bucks for a sandwich. Specially ordering it then they just don't care. Maybe its time to find a new restaurant.

Sorry. I used to love this McDonald’s but I can’t come here anymore. They redid the lanes on Steptoe so you can’t even turn left anymore to get in this McDonald’s. I waited 10 minutes thru two light cycles at Steptoe/Gage literally feet from this McDonalds but couldn’t get to it. Even after turning onto Gage there’s no way to turn left into their lot! Really inconvenient for anyone going south or east. Too bad.

To the Manager that worked on 1/4/25 @ 1:40. You handled that angry customer with such class , I was thoroughly impressed. I hope the day gets better, and people remember you don't control the app, and that customer service workers are people too.

Very bad experience at this location during morning shift today A young lady with braces in drive thru 2nd window around 8:40am was extremley rude and unprofessional It serms like She was in very rush to push the drive thru customers to impress her manager. She had no name tag when Manager was called in Manager expressed that she forgot her name tag. When I got home checked the order it was wrong as well🤦♂️She has been really rude to our other team members as well in the Past. I noticed this location has issues with Poor Customer service as well as Poor Management and Customers should Report their experiences with Headquarters.
The drive through line was super fast, but too long for the space alotted, causing blockages in the parking lot. The food is as cheap as it gets,not very tasty, and unhealthy, but the kids seem to love it

I’ve been to this McDonald’s on several different occasions and this location never ceases to disappoint. They make it their personal mission to screw up your order and leave food out that you’ve paid for. I was there 15 minutes ago and ordered two McNugget and cheeseburger combos and they left out one of the 20 piece McNuggets. It’s not worth the drive back to wait in line and fight the holiday traffic. At $18.99 for a meal they increase profits by omitting half of the food you paid for.

I wish I could give zero stars because it doesn’t even deserve one. I pulled up to the second window and the service was horrible. I didn’t get a greeting or anything. After saying “thank you” for my food, the window got slammed in my face. I understand that they were in a rush, but YOU signed up for the job. At my job we have to keep our own problems to ourselves and not bring it into the work place, let alone customers… if you can’t handle the job then work somewhere else.
$3.14 for one breakfast burrito is really incredible! This one pushed me over the line finally. I’m not going back to McDonald’s ever. Rip off rip off rip off!
