MOD Pizza

We got the salads at Mods pizza and bread sticks.
The salads were great and it's kinda like a Subway in that you can add as many topping you like to your salad so you get exactly what your after.
The servers were great in explaining and answering all our question before we ordered.

My pick up was supposed to ready at a certain time and when I go there which I was on time they haven’t even put my pizza in the oven and it was under cooked. Also, my pizza was sitting there waiting in the door dash section and the lady who made my pizza knows I was waiting for it and said “ oh I thought they would’ve called you” and the crust was stale.

I'm going to say first that I have eaten at Mod probably a hundred times since they opened their doors. This was the first experience I had where nothing tasted quite right. The sauce needed salt, the crust was burnt and the employees seemed to be higher than normal. The prices seem like they have gone up too but that's the same all over. I was disappointed but worse my kids didn't eat their pizzas - nothing fancy just pep and pineapple their fav but they took a couple bites and said no thanks. Weird experience for Mod.

I stopped in here at my son's request because he wanted to try this pizza. I was very disappointed with the service. The store only had 1 other customer who was seated eating already. Both male employees completely ignored us. The female employe who was making an order acknowledged us and said someone would help us shortly. Turns out this would be her after she finished as both male employees were too busy with the very important work of emptying the bar out and wiping it down for the night as well as taking a smoke break. While we awkwardly stood there waiting to be served. I also would like to add that they only seemed to have this issue with us as the other gentleman eating was promptly served when he came up to the counter for something while our pizza was finally cooking. All of this to be topped off with one of the male servers casually tossing our pizzas at us with a half hearted have a good day while not even looking at us, but the guy who came in to pick up an order as we left. He was very friendly with and asked what he needed immediately. I don't know if this pizza is good or bad at this point but I can tell you it will definitely effect the chances of ever coming back to this location.

They gave my entire families order to a girl named Kylie because my name is Kyle and it sounded the same the guy said behind the counter. I ordered ahead of time on the app to hopefully get my food on time. But Instead now im waiting another 30+mins because it’s dinner rush now and they had to make me and my kids pizzas all over again. This is absolutely ridiculous . It’s also not the first incident at this restaurant. I’ll drive the extra 5- 10 mins to the Mod in Richland.

All three of the MOD Pizza restaurants in the Tri-cities are top notch! All of the stuff are very outgoing, friendly and generally seem to be happy to be there. That and the eclectic decor make for a fun atmosphere. The best part, the pizza is made to order right in front of you, with fresh ingredients just exactly how you want it! 10 out of 10 I recommend all their local locations!

A fresh made pizza to order and a fresh made salad to order. Hard to beat. The salad maker and the pizza maker were both meticulous about how they put those courses together. The actual pizza baker turned out a perfect crust with a perfect melt.

We were greeted by a beautiful lady named Alexis. I asked her to clean her area up as I need to avoid wheat flour. She glady wipped everything up and didn't complain at all. Even got a clean tool out to cut up the pizza so we didn't have the chest from other pizzas being cut. All staff were very nice and the store looked brand new but has been there for over 4 years. I will definitely be back when in the area.

If you have kids you know picky they can be. Enzo Approved...he gets his pineapple, extra cheese and bacon 🥓 I get whatever variation I feel like that day 🤷‍♂️ Literally get exactly what you want, and the price is the same. Phone ordering is easy, and it's always been ready at the time specified.
