MOD Pizza

Excellent service! We stop in anytime we are in Tri-Cities. So sad Moses Lake is not getting one! The pizza is always amazing, and I always get an extra one to take home! Wish I could give more than five stars. Akita and Lea made it a fun stop!

I ordered online for pickup but I missed out on the “kids eat free” promo for my kid. I called and asked them if there was any way for them to accommodate. They updated my order over the phone and didn’t charge any extra, even though my new order was slightly more expensive. By the time I arrived at the store, I only had to wait a minute or two and I got hot fresh pizzas. Great experience!

I come here all the time, known by the staff by my order that I get; which I love and appreciate. Plus, the customer areas are well maintained by the staff; which is greatly appreciated. Always manage to greet guests “welcome in” even when the staff or store is busy.

I've tried to order from Mod pizza for weeks and everytime your website will not accept my simple 1 pizza and 1 cheese bread order. I loved your pizza but if I can't order I will take my money elsewhere.

Where to begin? The pizza was barely warm upon delivery. Not the Uber drivers fault, she delivered it early. Pizza was bland to taste and suck for quality. I can't fathom how people here rate this place 4 stars but then again it's Tri Cities so the palette is comparable to cardboard.

This place is completely over rated. The crust is super thin and the sauce... If there was any is non-existent. Do not order not worth it at all, I ordered five for my football get together and all of us were disappointed. Once again save your money frozen pizza is better!
