"To call this place a 'Mongolian Grill' let alone 'Pho' would qualify it for less than imitation.
Food? Not great Service? Exists Grilling Experience? Terrible
The fact they use SO much water on the grill, as well as it coming from a hose direct to line, is exactly why the food is larping as either of the above mentioned styles. The amount of water that they use with mine and others I witnessed only soaks it in said water, eliminating any flavors you put in, including making the spice sauce and teriyaki they offer to you before they cook it redundant. You can still taste the hard minerals and other chemicals that run through the water line since it's both not filtered and, AGAIN, they use SO much water.

Spend your money elsewhere, and I implore the business to call itself just 'a grill' (yes, all lower case), because it's only marginally accurate then."

I live in Bellingham and can't find a restaurant that sells Mongolian noodles like this anywhere. They are all small little bars mixed in with Chinese buffet places. best noodles and toppings ever!
Vegetarian options: the noodles are vegan, and 1/2 the noodle topping are vegetables and tofu, my dis vegan and eats hete all the time

Food is good, pretty standard for what you find around town. Service was awful. Seems like every employee absolutely hates their job. No smiles, barely even a hello when you walk in. No drink refills and asking for a to go box was like asking a teenager to clean their room. Major attitude.
