MyFroYo Frozen Yogurt

The last few times I have been here you guys are down for maintenance in 117° weather. Come here again today and you guys only have 4 flavors available and one of them is coffee! What is wrong with your guy’s company!!! People want COLD things in this heat!! Yet your always broken/closed/or machines are half gone. LAME!

Pretty tired of driving over there to celebrate with family for different occasions only to find out the door is locked. After calling a few times, the employee answers the phone. “Yes, we are open”. She states she has to lock the door when she goes to the restroom. Which is understandable but for 20mins?! On multiple occasions. We’ve witnessed multiple cars come and go each time because the door is locked. Very frustrating to waste the time to drive over for a dairy free dessert.

Was good for quick stop. For nut allergy, hard to stay ahead of busy hands if never been there before.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. We went on a Tuesday night recently; the employee would say something, and then walk into the back room and hide out until we called for him again. All the while, highly offensive music was playing at a very high volume throughout the store. We had to go to Chills by Walmart for froyo instead. I'm startled to see so many good reviews for this place, so I'm writing this to warn you to not believe them. Don't ruin a good time by coming here.

Don’t discriminate. I have a health exemption. The store was empty and they would not let me buy product without a mask.

This is one of the BEST frozen yogurt places ever. I totally recommend!

delicious frozen yogurt flavors and toppings that my girls love. its their favorite place. love the easy and clean procedures of gloves and masks prior to purchasing. friendly staff.

Stopped by this evening. It was nice to have a froYo and sit on the patio. I appreciate the extra precautions for covid. The gloves and hand sanitizer great to have.

Bomb diggity, yall need more freash fruit tho, and take better care of the mochi so its not hard, stale or sticks together.. but other than that.. bomb

The Froyo was great but the customer service was awful. There were 5 of us getting froyo and we didn’t see a single employee the entire time we were dishing up. We stood at the register waiting for someone. I finally peaked my head in the back and saw an employee. I asked if we could pay and she didn’t say a single word to me but continue to scowl and walk to the register. She was incredibly rude. We paid and she walked to the back. We didn’t see a single employee the entire time we ate.

Had a business meeting here, it was so great! Girl who was working g was very nice, had good customer service and that is a huge + in my book
