Tart frozen yogurt was off (gross) and all of the fruit toppings were old and slimey. Nowhere to sit and the girl helping was nice in letting me switch my froyo (we had already paid so didn’t really have a choice) but she was no where to be found when we had questions or needed to pay. All horrible. Won’t go back.

The Washingtonian Foodie

The girl working here seemed bothered that we came in to get some frozen yogurt. Didn’t greet us, let alone, even make eye contact with us. She had her airpods in the entire time. The toppings were low and had some fruit flies flying around them too. Pretty disgusting. Once we went up to pay, she gave us a dirty look and STILL didn’t say a word. Some retraining and hiring people that have costumer service skills is needed here.

There were bugs all over the toppings to include the fruit, popping pearls, and chocolate. Only got the frozen yogurt and let the employee know. They said there’s nothing they can do about it. Don’t go here.

I had a great experience at this location. A worker, I belive her name was Alex, was very nice and very "efficient". The workplace was very clean and organized. Definitely coming back

I don't know what happened I got my son an ice cream, told the guy I needed to run to the bathroom and he promised to give me 10% off for my birthday. Came back to a I'll be back in ten minutes sign, waited 45 minutes. He never came back. This is what we were doing for my birthday....

Tall skinny guy with the shaved head, said nothing after coming out the back to check us out. I say hello to him, no response. I ask how to work the scale to zero it out, no response. I give him my card and he holds it like he's discussed. At the end of the transaction I say thankyou again no response. Worst customer service, Zero stars. Idk if I was even charged correctly. Its a shame because the yogurt was great, but won't be returning after this

Used to work here and all I can say is I wouldn’t trust high schoolers to keep milk with live cultures in it refrigerated and keeping a store clean. Honestly. Mall store and a couple others had fruit flys regularly around.

Man I've never eaten here but I once saw some teens stealing from it and that was pretty funny

Staff was two girls. One welcomed us in. Hand sanitizer didn't work I let them know she said it was broken and I had to pull something up ? weird. Anyway chocolate ice cream didn't work I let them know she said it wasn't working but yet no sign ?like the hand sanitizer. Again she's the only one making eye contact or talking. Other girl stayed forever whiping down the chocolate and caramel. She helped me check out I said "thank you" after I paid and no response. All chairs are put away outside so no one sits out there. We weren't told have a good day or anything as we left. Not going back customer service isn't there sad

I'm don't really eat Froyo that often, and before today, 02/19/2023, I had never had frozen yogurt from this particular business. I have to say that I was pretty impressed with my selection. I was not expecting it to like it so much. The selection of flavors was pretty good, as well as the toppings bar. Even though it was minutes away from closing, my girlfriend and I did not feel rushed, and the staff gets extra kudos (and hopefully a raise) for waiting patiently while we built our froyos. This will probably become a regular treat for me every time I visit the Columbia mall.
