I don't know what happened I got my son an ice cream, told the guy I needed to run to the bathroom and he promised to give me 10% off for my birthday. Came back to a I'll be back in ten minutes sign, waited 45 minutes. He never came back. This is what we were doing for my birthday....

Tall skinny guy with the shaved head, said nothing after coming out the back to check us out. I say hello to him, no response. I ask how to work the scale to zero it out, no response. I give him my card and he holds it like he's discussed. At the end of the transaction I say thankyou again no response. Worst customer service, Zero stars. Idk if I was even charged correctly. Its a shame because the yogurt was great, but won't be returning after this

Used to work here and all I can say is I wouldn’t trust high schoolers to keep milk with live cultures in it refrigerated and keeping a store clean. Honestly. Mall store and a couple others had fruit flys regularly around.

Staff was two girls. One welcomed us in. Hand sanitizer didn't work I let them know she said it was broken and I had to pull something up ? weird. Anyway chocolate ice cream didn't work I let them know she said it wasn't working but yet no sign ?like the hand sanitizer. Again she's the only one making eye contact or talking. Other girl stayed forever whiping down the chocolate and caramel. She helped me check out I said "thank you" after I paid and no response. All chairs are put away outside so no one sits out there. We weren't told have a good day or anything as we left. Not going back customer service isn't there sad

I'm don't really eat Froyo that often, and before today, 02/19/2023, I had never had frozen yogurt from this particular business. I have to say that I was pretty impressed with my selection. I was not expecting it to like it so much. The selection of flavors was pretty good, as well as the toppings bar. Even though it was minutes away from closing, my girlfriend and I did not feel rushed, and the staff gets extra kudos (and hopefully a raise) for waiting patiently while we built our froyos. This will probably become a regular treat for me every time I visit the Columbia mall.

Tasted good but it absolutely wrecked my stomach and left me miserable, and I'm not even that lactose intolerant
I got chocolate and vanilla. Chocolate had an off weird taste ( my husband threw his away). Vanilla was not even frozen hardly. Toppings were out/low and stale. The bins where the nut and sprinkle toppings were so dirty the lids wouldn’t even stay open. Total waste of $26. Will not return. Zero customer service as well. Go else where.

A family favorite of ours! I still like just the original play nice cream with half fruit half chocolate candy. But the kids love adding 3 to 4 different flavors of ice cream and then as much candy junk and random sauces as well fill the bowl.. so you can understand why it's a family favorite

I went here today at 5:30 pm and all stuff was gone no fruits, all machies were out of ice cream so i bought two cups because i picked two cups so i didnt want to put it back.. it was bad uncleaned store. They should clean atleast their stuff counter because of covid they should.. bad experience.. i hope i will get sick by ising their dirty spoons.
