One of the best food trucks in Tri-Cities. The food is not your typical food truck fare, definitely more high end and restaurant-ish. Every burger we've tried has been great. Only negative was that it was quite a long wait for our food, usually food trucks are a bit faster. Luckily the food was worth it!

The sweet babe was on point probably one of the best breakfasts sandwiches I've had in a long time. My girlfriend tried their pesto burger and she thought it was the best burger to get at any food truck and high up in the restaurant status of food.Like Arnold Schwarzenegger's famous quote WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Ive had the bloodymary burger, grits, artichoke poboy and the cream cheese wontons. Fun twists on everything and jam packed with flavor! Not your typical food truck. My new favorite for sure!

Wow what an outstanding place for lunch. The Bloody Mary burger was so yummy I ate it in minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this Food Truck for an amazing lunch or dinner. The individuals running it were super nice and informative. Very professional. The chefs name I think was Will. Super down to earth and very personable. We'll be back!!

Went here with my family and tried the pimento burger and the fried grits. Both were delicious and did not disappoint. I loved the green tomatillos and the sauce! Yummy! This will be a regular spot for us to visit. I highly recommend it.

Non-Ficition does amazingly delicious food. Their chicken sandwich has to be one of the top chicken sandwiches in all of the Tri-Cities. When and if you're in the neighborhood, you need to give them a try.

Nice area to grab a bite without all the hustle of a regular brick and mortar. The presentation and taste is 1st class unlike you would expect! I'm excited to try more of their dishes on my next visit, will return!

We have been there multiple times and each time we go we are reminded why we LOVE it!! The burgers are always cooked to perfect ALWAYS juicy and packed full of flavor. The sauces on the burgers are just a match made in heaven, if you ever get the chance definitely somewhere you have to stop and try.
