This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant. The hostess and the wait staff always greet you with a warm welcome and are very attentive. I have seen this restaurant grow their customer base and the reason for that is simple: the food is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The variety of authentic Chinese cuisine is great and their dumplings are hand-made every day. The new noodle menu items are fantastic.
Karen, the hostess, greets everyone like a friend and is very helpful with menu suggestions.
I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher. Noodle Thyme is the best Chinese restaurant!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I understand that it is hard to accommodate walk ins on Valentine’s Day, but it was not hard for this business to accommodate certain kinds of people. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait and we accepted that and attempted to order to go, but we were ignored and a white couple received a table within seconds of entering the restaurant. The woman at the register was incredibly passive aggressive and didn’t even attempt to take our order after we stood there for five minutes, but immediately gave a table and menu to a white woman that approached the counter. I am appalled at the low bar, hostile service I was greeted with at this restaurant, especially on a day meant for love. I will not be back, and I urge others of color not to return to this restaurant either.
We ordered the orange chicken, mandarin chicken, BBQ pork buns, chicken xiao long bao (soup dumplings), and the beef knife-cut noodle soup, and everything was packed with flavor. You can tell the food is made with care, and each dish tasted fresh and well seasoned.
We eat a lot of Asian food, and for this not being in the Seattle or Portland area, it definitely satisfies the craving. The soup dumplings were juicy, the buns were soft and flavorful, and the noodle soup was rich and comforting.

Don’t recommend food tasted like frozen chicken one plate last an hour to get there and the other 3 plates 30 mins after each plate arrived they are also pricey for food that doesn’t taste great..

The food took forever to come to us and the food was not really good. The dumplings were falling apart and the Dan Dan noodles were super oily. The food just overall lacked flavor and I left unsatisfied. The food was also kind of expensive for what it was.

This is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant in Tricities, probably my favorite restaurant in town. The dim sum (soup dumplings , potstickers, spring roll, BBQ pork buns, etc.) are amazing, comparable to what I could get in a big city with a bigger Asian population, and the entrees are a mix of more authentic dishes as well as those catered to Chinese American tastes without losing quality. The dim sum come out of the kitchen fast, hot, fresh, and flavorful, and anytime I have friends or family visiting, I take them here.
The owner is super friendly , and she and the other staff always provide top tier service every time I’ve been (which is honestly near once a month). The atmosphere is very charming, and I love seeing a family owned business and kids doing homework after school, it reminds me of my favorite Chinese restaurant I had growing up.
I love this place and I hope they get good business so that they may thrive. Xie xie ❤️

Waited 40 minutes. Holding a newborn. They didn’t offer me water. They told me it was a large portion. It was small!

‼️UNBELIEVABLE‼️
Would rate this place ZERO STARS if I could. Went in at 5:50pm and left at 6:40pm. We waited ALMOST A WHOLE HOUR. Looking at past reviews, we weren’t the only ones who experienced this.
When we asked when the food would be done after waiting 30 minutes, the girl said she’d go check and never came back so we went up to ask again and they said they HAVENT EVEN STARTED OUR FOOD. The main lady there, said they only prioritize online orders. Which makes sense considering the only people walking in and out frequently was online orders.

We went there for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant looked dirty and cluttered. Even though they had just opened, the restroom did not appear to have been cleaned, and the trash was already full from the day before.
After placing our order, we waited about 50 minutes for our food. I asked the waitress several times how much longer it would take since we only had an hour for lunch. By the time our lunch break was over, the food still hadn’t arrived. When my soup finally came out, the meat was extremely salty, and the broth tasted unpleasant, so I couldn’t eat it.
On top of that, the server was wearing gloves but kept touching her nose and then continued serving food, which was concerning. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be going back.
