I cannot speak highly enough about this place! The food is some of the best i have ever had. But what i cant get over is how kind the owners and staff are. We called ahead to reserve a table for my daughters birthday dinner, they were so kind and had a table with table cloth set up for a birthday. They surprised her with dessert dumplings at the end that were absolutely beautiful, and Karen gave her a baby doll as a gift. They made her birthday dinner an awesome experience for her. Great customer service, great food, and reasonably priced! This is definitely our new spot for Chinese!

Our hands down favorite dinner spot! Carefully made delicious Chinese food.
Our family has been going here for years and it’s one of our favorite restaurants in Tri-Cities. Our favorite items are the soup dumplings, gyoza, and orange chicken but we have liked everything we’ve tried. We’ve only ever had wonderful experiences with the servers and owner!

ordered their pork xlb and garlic wontons, wow so delicious. You can tell they care about what they are making. Easily better than Din Tai Fung which is what I’ve been craving, with the closest one in Seattle. Highly recommend this place.

Me and my wife came here for the first time ever. We are both extremely picky eaters but once the food came out and we had a try we were so amazed at how good the food was! We can definitely tell the food is made with love. 10/10 food we 100% recommend too everyone.

Food took over an hour to receive which was not worth the wait at all. They weren’t even busy. They would only focus on takeout orders. Our last food came after we finished what was left. There was stuff floating around the water cups. They washed their hands in the same sink that they serve for the water. The food tasted absolutely horrible. Panda Express is better than this. People who arrived after were receiving their food before our table. Service was horrible. Will NEVER be back again!

My son decided he wanted to go here for his birthday dinner. We ordered 1 bowl of soup and 3 orders of dan dan noodles. My dan dan was delivered... and over 10 minutes later, the other 2 dan dan noodles were delivered and then we had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes for the soup! Call me old fashioned, but in our family, no one eats until everyone is served. Which means my dan dan noodles were COLD and starting to clump and congiel by the time everyone was served. It was gross and I barely gagged it down. But according to the kids who were able to eat theirs while at least semi warm, it was amazing. Too bad I'll never know bc im not eating there again. I just *loved* spending almost $100 for COLD FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE on my son's BIRTHDAY.
I am really only giving this review because of the miscommunication they gave here, I ordered a noodle which I thought was a broth like a soup and it was dry with a oil, then I was charged for a meal when I wanted a side of noodles for my baby the lady didn’t tell me she would charge 15.99 a full meal for side noodles, then because I have a baby literally newborn was charged for 5ppl a automatic gratuity which ended up being another full meal price. I was charged over $30 just with tip the side that I ordered and with no communication that I would be charged more in the beginning so I was disappointed, I think you should definitely let your customers know if they’re gonna be charged for having a baby with them and for a side of noodles be charged full price. I went to speak to the employees and they didn’t seem to care at all barely checked on us and expected a full tip. Also, food did not come fast. It took a little while so if you go with your family, expect to wait and pay extra, and soups don’t look like picture!!
