'We're actually in a Chinese restaurant,' were my thoughts after sitting down and grabbing the last available table in a busy place. I mean, this is a place that serves food Asian families would normally dine on, and very much like a place you'd find in the International District in Seattle. Definitely not your Americanized style that we are all used to. I got Beef Noodle Soup (spicy) with rice noodles, and it was ideal in both heat, portion, and umami-ness....

I must say this location is the best authentic Chinese food in the Tri-Cities. I love the spicy beef soup. The dumplings are top notch. Every dish tastes to perfection!. Ive been a long time customer here and if your visiting this area please its one of the few places here in the area that are a real hidden gem.

Noodle Thyme is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants. It is a wonderful family owned and run business. If you order dumplings it will take time because they make them fresh. They have always been polite and kind to us.
