This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant. The hostess and the wait staff always greet you with a warm welcome and are very attentive. I have seen this restaurant grow their customer base and the reason for that is simple: the food is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The variety of authentic Chinese cuisine is great and their dumplings are hand-made every day. The new noodle menu items are fantastic.

We ordered the orange chicken, mandarin chicken, BBQ pork buns, chicken xiao long bao (soup dumplings), and the beef knife-cut noodle soup, and everything was packed with flavor. You can tell the food is made with care, and each dish tasted fresh and well seasoned.

We eat a lot of Asian food, and for this not being in the Seattle or Portland area, it definitely satisfies the craving. The soup dumplings were juicy, the buns were soft and flavorful, and the noodle...
