Professional service and food preparation of course. It’s Olive Garden. They know what they’re doing.Wanted to point out an employee named Celeste. You could tell that she was definitely one of the reasons that things run smoothly there.

i just went in with my aunt and cousin who are deathly allergic to artificial strawberry and we told our waitress to please not bring our stuff out in the same tray as anything strawberry, she flat out told us we shouldn’t order anything off the menu. we talked to the manager because she was extremely rude and there is no reason she can’t be more careful (we’ve never had issues with them having a reaction at olive garden) the manager assured us there would be no issue. our server (christina) brought out bread sticks with a strawberry drink in her other hand set them down and took the drink to another table my cousin asked her to bring more bread sticks since she had strawberry they were not going to risk it she literally touched the breed sticks with the hand she had a strawberry drink in. both my cousin and aunt are now having an allergic reaction! my cousin is currently at the hospital because of how bad it is. i am so frustrated with how this was handled! it is not that hard to just wash your hands an extra time!
