Our waitress, Kimberly B, was the best waitstaff I’ve experienced at any pancake house.

Veggie omlette missing mushrooms, so I had to ask for them sauted on the side. Waitress was nice, but slow on the uptake about the missing mushrooms. Pretty good place for breakfast, though. There are not too many options for food allergies... when it comes to processed foods used here. Have to be careful, but otherwise, pretty good.

Food was excellent and delicious but the prices kinda up there. You get omelette and does not come with toast for 20 bucks kinda high I think

It took a while for my food to be served. The country fried steak was burnt and tough. I went to the restroom and they prematurely cleared my plate. They corrected the error and comped me the price of the entree.

Spouse had pecan waffles with bacon and a side of two eggs.

The bacon was cooked perfectly. Broke when bent but still a little bit of a chew. The waffles were very good and the 2 over medium eggs were great. 5 of 5.

I had eggs and potatoes. What can I say? It was eggs and potatoes. I mixed them together, added hot sauce and ate with my toast. Tasted good but nothing remarkable. 4.5 of 5.

It was busy. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Despite the crowd, the service was overall pretty good.

Overall, while a little pricey, I give a 5 out of 5.

I come here when I want a quality breakfast!

The host greeting us at the door was amazing, full of smiles and was happy. The cranberry juice was so watered down it definitely isn’t worth the $5 that it is. Our “waiter” we saw once to fill up our coffee and that was it. The French toast is absolutely disgusting. The egg batter on the bread is still raw, the sausage came out cold and the “seasoned” potatoes are the furthest thing from it. The building is very clean and taken care of but if you want to pay $70 for two plates of food, a cup of coffee and two glasses of juice I would pick somewhere else.

Friday 04042025 was my first introduction to the Pancake house and absolutely loved. Loved it so much that i went back on Sunday 04062025. Big shoutout and kudos to our waitress Kimberly B. for an impeccable service, friendly demeanor and exemplary behavior! Truly great place and really nice food!

Food was delicious and so was the coffee. I am not typically a pancake person but they were so good that I had a second small one.

The Original Pancake House in Tri-Cities serves up undeniably delicious breakfast fare, but be prepared to pay a premium for those fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon. While the service is consistently friendly and attentive, the wait times can be excruciating. The online reservation system, intended to streamline the process, often results in tables sitting empty due to no-shows, frustrating those waiting in person. If you make an online reservation and your plans change, please, for the sake of everyone else, cancel it.
