I love their cookies! I wish I could give a 5. It’s the service and atmosphere that’s lacking. Every time I come here the people helping you seem unhappy and don’t want to be there.

best cookie spot EVER!! I don't live in Washington but I come up here several times a year to visit family, and i will definitely be visiting this place whenever I get the chance! my family loved the cookies, even my mom who is not a huge fan of sweets. the big chain cookies are nothing compared to these. the atmosphere is chill and the girl who helped us out was very patient and polite as my family and I argued over which flavors to get lol... the birthday cake, cookies and cream, and cookie butter are my favorites. give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Placed an online order through your website yesterday for delivery today. Was called morning of to be told the frosting spoiled and had to remake. Then delivered hours late to the wrong address! Then had to place a new order for pick up and still no frosting and had to pay for that! Horrible service!! My son was devastated because all he wanted was a cookie cake for his birthday, literally the only thing he asked for.

I was picking up an order of cookies for a graduation and Adriana helped me out. I told her that I have a nephew that's autistic and that he would love to have one of those sprinkle cookies. Told me that she was involved with the autistic community. And I said I would like to get three cookies and take them to him and she said these are on us. He was so over the moon. Happy and excited! Our Cookie House helped make my daughter’s wedding special! I ordered 280 mini cookies, 7 different flavors( they even iced the sugar cookies white as I requested to match the wedding decor) and each was individually wrapped for our wedding guests to easily take for dessert. The cookies were delicious! The guests loved them! I can’t thank the staff at Our Cookie House for working so hard and baking the most delicious cookies. Thank you so much!

I just love all the unique flavors/varieties. I’ve purchased several times because I want to love these cookies. The only problem is almost every time they seem just a bit undercooked. My guests I’ve served them to agreed on this too. I messaged this on their fb one time but didn’t receive a response back. Good luck though, I want this business to succeed!

The variety gives you plenty of options to choose from. Tried their new banana sundae cookie and OMG it was delicious! If you want giant cookies tons, this is the place!
