This locally owned cookie bakery is a gem! The cookies are huge, soft, and absolutely delicious—easily some of the best I’ve had. The staff is friendly and happy to explain the different flavors and make recommendations. The shop itself has a bright, modern feel that makes it a great spot to stop in and treat yourself. Highly recommend for any cookie lover!

Stopped in with a gift card for two free cookies and they said they wouldn’t honor them apparently it was a new owner but the same company name that was on the gift card ! They should have just done it if we liked them we would have been back when we were in the neighborhood instead we left with a bad taste in our mouth !!!

Police are a little expensive but they are very tasty. I don’t like to write negative reviews but… the person working the counter this evening (5/4/25) was very rude. She didn’t greet us when we came in, did t explain the membership and when I asked if the member cookie special was available to non members, she snapped a short rude “no”. Seems odd that of someone is willing to pay the higher non member price, all cookies should be available.

It was a bit of sticker shock when I was charged $11.50 for 2 cookies. (I had not been there since they closed). They are definitely not worth $5.75/cookie or the additional membership fee. I love supporting local businesses, but sorry to say I won't be going back. So sad.

I don't live in Washington but I come up here several times a year to visit family, and i will definitely be visiting this place whenever I get the chance! my family loved the cookies, even my mom who is not a huge fan of sweets. the big chain cookies are nothing compared to these. the atmosphere is chill and the girl who helped us out was very patient and polite as my family and I argued over which flavors to get lol... the birthday cake, cookies and cream, and cookie butter are my favorites. give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Placed an online order through your website yesterday for delivery today. Was called morning of to be told the frosting spoiled and had to remake. Then delivered hours late to the wrong address! Then had to place a new order for pick up and still no frosting and had to pay for that! Horrible service!! My son was devastated because all he wanted was a cookie cake for his birthday, literally the only thing he asked for.
