Terrible, terrible! Ordered steak and shrimp. Brought out the steak rare when I asked for it well done. Had to send back. Brought it to the servers attention that there was no shrimp on the plate. When my food was returned the steak was so tough I couldn’t chew it. The manager did not offer to replace or refund. My dog enjoyed it! Will never return again!!

I took my 3yo daughter here for a daddy-daughter date while mom was working late. I got a burger, and she had the Mac and cheese with oranges. The food was good. It all felt fresh. Our server was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean. All in all, we had a great time and we're satisfied with our visit.

After waiting almost an hour with an almost empty restaurant we received our steaks, they were filled with so much tendon and fat that they were not able to even be cut through. We showed the waitress who was very kind about the situation, but the manager came out and was extremely rude and short with us. If the steak isn’t able to even be cut through it’s a little hard to eat it. Thankfully they took the steaks off the bill but we will never be returning due to the manager. Completely unprofessional.

Decent overall, but it ain't no Texas Roadhouse. The break wasn't very good, it appeared kind of flat. One of us did the combo deal with shrimp and it only came with 6 shrimp. $18 for a salad, shrimp, and a cheese cake. Left hungry. I did a steak and shrimp and it was decent, but did have a chunk of gristle that was not good and unpleasant to chew through.

We made reservations for 6:30 arrived on time and were told the wait would be 15 mins. Looked around and saw no less than 7 booths available. So, we asked if we could be seated in one of the open booths. They fussed around with the computer "looking" for a place to seat us and told us again we had to wait and that there was a large party already in that area. As we glanced over to where she pointed they were seated in two tables designated for just such groups. We also pointed out that there were already two separate guests seated at booths in the room. So the whole room was definitely not reserved. Finally the hostess went to talk to the manager. When they both came back to us the manager grabbed to menues charged past us without a word towards an open booth tossed the menues down on the table and said "there" spun around on his heels and charged off. Not what i would call welcoming by a long shot. The rest of the service was accomplished with minimal questions/discussion but not rudely as the manager demonstrated.
The food was as expected, flavors good, meats not as tender as I expected, but I loved the seasonings. Broccoli was perfect and the potato was good but slightly under cooked. All-in-all good but average.
Would I go there again? I wouldn't not go IF others in the group wanted to, but if it's up to my husband and I to choose ... nope, never again!
Too much money, too poor of service, and the food was good but only average, to be treated as a major inconvenience. Tri-cities has too many excellent restaurants to choose from to choose them!

We dined here with a group of 14 and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely unorganized—our waitress struggled to remember our orders, and the food arrived overcooked. When it came time to settle the bill, we waited over 30 minutes for our checks. Instead of having them properly separated, the waitress had to go around and ask each couple what they had ordered. Even after this, the checks were incorrect, requiring her to repeat the process multiple times.
The repeated errors and long delays made for a frustrating experience. Between the poor service and subpar food, we left feeling very unimpressed
The food was as expected, not amazing, not great, but just fine. I ordered the steak with shrimp, and it came out looking good, but the steak was tough and chewy. The sides were nice, the baked sweet potato was cooked beautifully, and the salad was crisp and clean.
Also, I remember the bread being an oat bread, and what we got was just a flavorless loaf of brown bread with unsalted butter.
Wife's burger was cooked to taste and good.
Service was great, and checked up on is frequently.
If you are looking for great steaks...this isn't the place. But an occasional quick bite is fine.

I decided to go on a date with my wife and try this place. Like I mentioned, our first time here. So I asked the waiter what she would suggest. She didn't bother to answer. So I asked again and she said, it's on the menu ??♂️. We haven't been on a date in years, so I tried to stay positive, but service sucked! I didn't even enjoy my food in all honesty. I asked for a booth and they placed us in the bar. We don't drink or smoke, but we tried to make the best of it. I didn't feel the service and food was worth $120+ for the kind of service we got. Will I return.. NO. Would I recommend it.. NO. But I can say I tried it ??♂️
