I waited in line and it was only 6:40pm and they didn't have food ready almost everything was out, they stated it will be about 20 minutes. Very poor service

I wasted my entire LAW REQUIRED break in line, I timed it. I’m a mall employee and I understand that sometimes it gets busy, but it sucks even more when I see people not doing their job and moving with no sense of urgency and wasting my time to go ahead and get food that isn’t even prepared right. The only person there with a good attitude is Erika, she’s super kind and always has a smile, but the rest of crew is absolutely miserable and disregards what good customer service, speed and quality is supposed to look like. Do NOT call yourself a “fast food” place if you took 15 minutes to get past a line of ONLY 4 customers. Mind you, I was already really light headed and was so close to passing out in the line because I went there thinking I could get a quick bite to refuel my body. Never again will I be going to this Panda Express.

Online order was placed at 10:55am, arrived at 11:04, estimated pickup was 11:15. It’s 11:45 and still no order ready even after multiple in-store orders were made and completed. Staff was unresponsive as to the status of the order.

Don't go here if there out of something they won't make more even if your willing to wait even though they have little signs out that way that you can always ask they will make more which I guess is a lie cause I tried to get a plate with white rice but they were out and when I asked if they can make more she just stared at me so I guess they don't want business

I walked all the way into the mall to get some Panda Express and it was 7:48 they close at 8 they had NOTHING to buy except a full bowl of teriyaki thighs and no rice or noodles
I asked “ge” the manager where a store was that was open still and she said all of them except hers because it’s in the mall so I asked if I could just buy two of the thighs and she kept saying no cause they only do a bowl with rice or noodles or plate which they had none of. I then asked what do they do with all the rest of the teriyaki thighs and she said they throw them away which was ten mins from then i am beside myself to pay 8-9 bucks for two thighs that in ten mins are being thrown away anyway worst experience I have ever had in a Panda Express and I will be socially posting this on every app I have …
