I haven’t been to this mall for several months but was in the area yesterday and did a little shopping followed by a meal at Panda Express. The noodles were disgusting! They weren't even cooked all the way, they were out of rice completely, the whole food court of the mall was just dirty and amazed me at how bad it has gotten. Don’t even ask about the women’s bathroom! I used to be a regular at this mall and after yesterdays visit I have no desires to go back.

It definitely is very tasty, and has the nostalgia factor. Although it would be amazing if there were some plant based options, so more of us can enjoy the gloriousness of Panda Express.

Feel bad for the workers there i work in the mall and walk past the food court everyday and the manager is always just standing around on his phone or watching the staff try and make their way through a huge rush definitely needs some new management in

i would give 0 star if i could, the person working the register was very rude to us, she put our food in upside down and rolled her eyes when we asked for a bag and an extra fork. she also has her boyfriend standing right next to her as she was working i got her name was Debbi. very unprofessional to have your boyfriend talking to you while you're suppose to be working.. ignoring all your customers who are paying for their food. horrible customer service on her part

The food and service was typical Panda Express. No complaints there. WARNING. DO NOT ORDER OR TAKE ORDERS FROM DOORDASH OR OTHER FOOD ORDERING SERVICES. This location is in a food court in the middle of a big, busy mall. I was passing through town and staying at a hotel. Doordash said it was less than a mile away so I placed a pickup order. This location should NOT be on food delivery apps. I never would have ordered from here if I'd known I'd have to find parking, walk through the entire mall to find the food court and wait in a long line to pick up the food.

Food was horrible. Worst customer service at panda express ever. My rice was dry and all they gave me was chow mein, which was gross all of the employees give you dirty look when you go to complain and say there’s nothing they can do about itOverall, my experience was a 1.5 out of 10.

The food is typically fresh because it goes out pretty fast on the weekends. Had fresh orange chicken and wow was it amazing! So was the Sweet and Fire Chicken, also the chow mein was very good.
