Pizza came much faster than the quoted delivery time, exactly as ordered, they aren't stingy with the toppings and cheese. The Papa Bites and Oreo Bites were great, the pizza was great, definitely recommend.

We usually purchase from this store and have no issues. We ordered tonight and the pizza was soggy and doughy and coldish. Not well done like I asked, let alone done in general. The wings tasted funny. Something off almost like they had been freezer burnt or were stale. It was weird. I don't know if it was a fluke or if we got the bottom of the barrel because I couldn't afford to tip the driver well this time. But, it was really off puting. The manager did refund the money and she was kind, but this tastes so bad I'm scared to come back, especially the wings.Edit- my boyfriend was brave enough to keep eating and the peperocini that comes with the meal was rotting and brown inside. Seriously, never coming back.

Tried calling them to place an order on my cellphone with Verizon, spotting connection. Called back on my partners phone with T-Mobile, terrible connection.

Terrible serviceCharged me $6 for banana pepper but when I asked fresh banana peppers on the pizza they said that they could only put hot. They just didn't want to do the extra work of putting banana peppers on the pizza. That's why I always tip after you get the product. Terrible papa johns. $6 is crazy price for banana peppers which is more than if I added meat to entire pizza.

First time trying them, was so disappointed! Large Sausage pepperoni pizza, it had 6 pepperoni and about 7 pieces of sausage, we saw the pizza and thought it was a joke! I see why they offer extra toppings, (for s price) kinda bland for a pizza and we have pizza about twice a week. We will not be ordering from here again.

Grossest pizzs in Tri-Cities, or on Planet Earth.Smells weird. Dough was "al dente" (not fully cooked and chewy), not sure if that's from being undercooked or from using last year's frozen dough.Cheese is weird. Like delivery pizza cheese is always a little weird but this stuff... is it cheese?Had "banned" Papa Johns in our house (has been horrible for years), hadn't ordered it in awhile. Still bad. Perma banned from our household.Dominos, Excalibur, Z-Pizza (extinct), NY Richie's (extinct), all have better pizza. Half the frozen pizzas in the grocer's aisle are better than this pizza. Heck, I'd even do Pizza Hut over Papa Johns. Don't know if it's just the one in our area or nationwide but yuck man.Just, yuck. Also cost $75 to get one medium pizza, one small cheese stick, a 2 litre of soda, 8 wings, and some cookies. Oh and two extra ranches, those must have been $10/each to add up to $75 with delivery.I'll just buy 10 pizzas from the grocery store next time, put them in my freezer, and call it good!
