When ordering online wait said it was 31 minutes, I literally ordered while sitting right outside the store. I walked in, gave them my name and paid and they had my order ready (2 family size pizzas, stuffed crust and pan crust both extra toppings) in 5 minutes or less

Ordered a large and medium pizza with James, had my brother pick it up. I paid for a medium and large pizza. They gave him two medium pizzas.
Called and chatted with the manager, she offered me a free monkey bread and $6 back. (we would have to pick up, lol)
They won't make the order correct. They won't make it okay when they mess up. I will not order from them again.

I like this Papa Murphy's because the staff have been friendly and the pizza's are so delish. I always walk in because usually, most times it's a sudden decision to have pizza and they are always quick. Thus far I haven't been left waiting no more than ten minutes if even that long. Seems Papa Murphy's has good management.
