I’ve been to every pho restaurant in tri-cities and this one is the best I’ve found so far if you’re looking for a spicy beef satay pho, this is the place! I believe it’s #10 on the menu. Highly recommend A+++++++++

The soup here is SO good! I make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in tricities and craving pho. The bubble tea is great, the service is fast and friendly. One thing to note: this is a cash only establishment.

I love the broth I swear it has healing powers. My wife and I always get some when we are sick and we feel significantly better after eating it. I could eat the pho every day.

food is so good! customer service is ?. went in with my mom we go in a lot right as we walked in she told us she didnt have any more chicken saute and i called them about 5 minutes later and the husband answered and i asked if they had chicken saute and there was .i went to pick it up she tried lying saying her husband just got done with a batch for tomorrow even though she told us multiple times they prepare the same day!!. i got my pho but not happy with the service.

I've never been inside to eat so I don't really know how to rate atmosphere but the wonderful smells that come out of the pick up window are amazing. The sweet lady that takes my order and serves it to me is the best. I think they sell out of chicken Pho daily. Gotta get your order in early. You can smell and taste the authentic star Anise. I love to eat Chicken Pho if I feel a head/chest cold trying to get me. This usually helps me prevent or get over it quickly. My go to for Pho in Tri-Cities. There are others that are good but this one is pretty great. I haven't tried other menu items yet. Some day I need to try other food on the menu. I will say I've met the man here too, not as friendly as the woman but I don't interact with him as much.
