This location is not serving Pan Crust so don’t waist your money. If you are charging extra for pan crust I should get it. This is the 3rd time I made it home and to be disappointed with my pizza because I did not get what I paid for. I don’t want to drive all the way back down there but I am started to feel ripped off.

Worst pizza we have ever had! We ordered pepperoni and black olive. Literally no pepperoni black olives we shriveled. We only ate the top off! When it wa delivered there were no peppers no cheese no plates. Every thing was “extra “. WE ORDERED IT DILEVERED! You should have provided it or asked if we wanted it!! TERRIBLE will never make that mistake again

2 times we ordered over 3 hours, called it’s on its way as my kids are in bed, 11:07 pm still not here smh … Michelle poor girl get a new job , you will be valued else where , selfish on management. Understaffed and on vacation wow ! How you value your employees . Who’s regional I feel bad for these employees

Ordered a meal bundle and did not receive everything. Called and notified employee of mistake...Immediately received attitude for calling in a complaint. Called him out on his shitty attitude and he then apologized. Done ordering from here! Bye!

my order was given to me incorrectly then eventually found out the manager made it and when i went in to talk to the team they were questioning me on the order like i was lying about the order being wrong. the manager was not friendly and was not directly communicating with me which i find very odd coming from someone who should be professional and should be more involved with situations like this. i asked for a refund after all and they said they could not give me my money back but was going to be given store credit…. i will not be coming to this location again.

Got a box deal. 2 med pizzas bread sticks & 8 wings. Go in for online order, guy says it's all there when I go to look. So I pay and leave. Get home the pizzas were swapped and missing toppings. Crust so hard my dogs won't eat them. Bread sticks " cheddar & bacon" not cheddar, only mottza. And 8 wings that aren't there at all. You guys got me but it won't happen again, ever!!!!!! Surprised your still in business. If your hungry go somewhere else, maybe you'll get what you ask for.

Really bad customer service here just went in about 8:30 pm saw a DoorDash driver walking out and there were about 3/4 people in the back walked up to the counter and they just looked at me and looked away didn’t get any help nobody answered to me I even called the phone and they ignored the phone call so I just walked out after 10/15 minutes my family wanted pizza for late dinner so I just went to another pizza place all in all seems to me they don’t care about their job place wasn’t even busy I was the only customer there and they had two orders on screen u can see it from the counter

Placed a order online for delivery through pizzahut website original delivery set to 6:18 pm cool order confirmed, around 6:10pm i get a text that sais order has been routed through dooordash for delivery new delivery time set for 6:30 here's a number to contact your driver for questions. 6:30 rolls around nothing, 6:40 nothing so I call the number provided goes to voicemail so I'm like only what the heck there was also a link provided with the number to call and it opens up a uber with pizzahut web page and it sais my order has been canceled, sad day but what ever I just want to make sure I'm not getting charged since pizza hut site said in delivery and the link web page uber site sais canceled. So I go to the number that is supposedly attached to the store I placed my order with and instead I land at a call center with a very heavy accented man and I tell him my story to which before I can he finish he cuts me off and sais nope your order is in delivery I reply no I'm pretty sure it isn't now 40 minutes passed due and the uber site sais canceled, he immediately becomes irrate with me and is borderline yelling that my order is on its way to which I respond it's not and I want to make sure I'm not being charged he then yells at me to get a pen that he's going to give me a number and I was so mad at that point I just hung up. After a moment of calming down I look again for a number that will connect me with people inside the store my damn food was made at and my order was placed at and nothing only the call center number...so I call it again this time after a wait a lady with a heavy accent, I tell her my story and she doesn't take it personally she was nice and put me on hold, she never came back I waited for 20 minutes on hold before I just hung up and came here to rite this review.
Terrible terrible why are you using an outside source for delivery's and why is your customer service disconnected from the point of sale and being ran by people we can't understand and don't care and don't want to do the job. Lol terrible experience and damn, stuffed crust has been my absolute favorite since child hood even with the bullshit price it is now but this has burned pizza hut for me, I'll never be back, it's a Saturday so my bank isn't open I'll be there Monday to make sure I don't get charged and if I am it will be disputed.
