I ordered 2 pizzas both 5 toppings... one of them was perfect the other was missing two toppings and the ones that were on there m were pathetic..I order atleast 2 times a month and they gonna do me like this? This was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage, onion, olive and mushroom... look at this pathetic excuse

It's been years since we've ordered a pizza from anyone. But it had been a long day and we were really tired. We ordered a "carryout" medium size, thin crust, super supreme pizza, w/out olives & pork. The staff was friendly, professional AND accommodating!! The pizza tasted amazing!! All the ingredients were fresh, and the crust was crispy just like they promised on their menu.
The next time we want pizza, we're definitely ordering carryout from "Pizza Hut" on Deschutes Avenue, in Kennewick, WA!!

Worst service I’ve ever had. We arrived at 5:47pm and it was very busy. So I definitely arrived giving them the benefit of the doubt. By 7:00 our food still hadn’t arrived. I went up to see what was going on and they said they forgot about us. Never once came to refill our water. Never once came to check on us. I had to ask for crayons for my kids twice before I went up myself to get the crayons myself. Not pleased at all.

I call in a carryout order for 3 items the operator lady told me 18mins no problem my husband goes an picks up the order pays $40.64 or something the pizza wasn't even hot or fresh it was barely warm the cheese wasn't melty my cheese bread was greasy and not melty or hot an fresh the only thing that was ok or good was the cinna sticks. Maybe if I reheat it in the airfryer it will be good :/ fingers crossed. Throughly disappointed ????
Double charged my credit card for a very large order. Promised paper plates for when I picked up, then said they don't have plates. We offered to pay extra for delivery but they then said we need to go to a different Pizza Hut for that address. We went there and they said, no, it would have to be yet another Pizza Hut so we gave up on delivery and ordered takeout at this one. The food was good, the price was fine until they messed up charging my card. I'm sure they'll fix it but not a great experience.

Working out of town and called from a hotel down the street. Would not help me because I didn't now the exact address. Not sure how a pizza delivery place wouldn't know the address to local hotels. Pizza hut has gone downhill big time. Don't go to the pizza hut in kennewick washington..

Was overcharged by $30 bc they claim my order didnt come through as a deal, which i ordered from the deals tab on the app so ?? When i paid online my total was $30 and some change, but when i checked my bank statement the following day. I had a charge for $60. They said they couldnt do anything about it & offered nothing.

Ordered for a big event and they delivered 28 pizzas to the wrong place, even though the address and instructions specified where to go. The delivery that I ordered on Thursday for Saturday with a specific time, arrived 45 minutes late. So embarrassing. The delivery driver didn’t even call the number listed and still had the audacity to ask for a tip at the end. Pizza was cold and also was underdone. Not gonna choose them ever again.
