Wife and I hadn't gotten Popeyes since moving here but we loved it! We got the bacon and cheese chicken sandwiches with the Cajun fries. Everything was great đ. Also everyone was super respectful. Great customer service.

Took forever to order from the drive thru. Had multiple long pauses in between ordering items, my husband was missing the sauce from his order. The food is a solid 3 but the ordering experience and accuracy brings it down to a two star. No childrenâs menu either?!? Meh spare yourself and go somewhere else.

I have been twice to the Kennewick Popeyes. Both times I was turned away because it was close to 9pm. The staff stated that they couldnât help me because the lobby closes at 9pm. However it isnât stated anywhere that the lobby closes that early (online or anywhere at the location). It wouldnât be a big deal to wait in the drive thru; however, the first time we pulled into order and waited 15 minutes just for our order to be taken. If the lobby closes at 9 they should have it posted for all clients to see, as well as noting when the last order will be taken if not 9pm.

Shouldnât even be called fast food, there was nothing fast about our experience. Waited forever at the window after being told they would be âright with usâ! Bad customer service, very rude!!!
They've dropped dirty rice from the menu and lowered the spice heat on everything else. But the manager was outstanding with a difficult customer!

So slow, any slower i thought someone's heart stopped!! Expected them to kill, gut and pluck the chicken while we were waiting for our order to be taken!! Never again kennewick. Pasco is my go to from now on. Plus frys were cold

Absolutely the worst experience Iâve ever had at a Popeyes. I pulled into the drive-thru and was immediately told, âWeâll be with you in a few minutes.â I waitedâten minutesâand still no response. So, I decided to go inside instead.
To my surprise, there was not a single customer in the dining area or at the counter. I explained to the cashier what had just happened at the drive-thru, and she showed zero empathy, as if she couldnât care less. No apology, no acknowledgmentâjust asked what I wanted to order.
Then I noticed the team behind her. Three guys just standing around in the back, looking like they had just rolled out of bed. They looked unkempt, unprofessional, and frankly unsanitaryâhair messy, dirty clothes, and an overall appearance that made me seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen and my food.
At that point, I walked right out. No way am I letting someone who looks like that handle my meal. Completely unacceptable. Popeyes, do better. Start with hiring staff that at least look like they care about hygiene and customer service. I will never return to this location again. Drive the extra mile go to the location in Pasco on rd 68 trust me itâs worth the drive !
