Love this place! I always make it a stop when we come to the Tri-cities.
And the view from the 3rd floor at night is awesome.

Used to be Our families "go to" spot for dinner out. Unfortunately, they have changed their menu and no longer have our favorite menu items. Also, no more Dairy free options for our son who is allergic to milk... What a bummer.

My name is Zander and I’m 10 years old and I had a very good server named Steve who was kind and he came every 5 minutes or so to make sure my mom and I were okay 👍🏽 and the food was magnificent!!!! So I give Proof a 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️!!!!

Would definitely recommend and revisit. My bf and I went on a busy Friday night, didn’t take too long to be sat. Host was friendly and on her A game. We sat in the bar and Jeremey was our server/bartender. I asked for a special request drink during a super busy hour and he made it on the fly without a problem. Service and food was top notch.

The burgers might be good here, the sweet potato fries were okay with the queso sauce. The ahi poke was no bueno. The tuna was thawed horribly and was mushy. I would recommend a sushi place that sells their sushi often to be more “fresh” for anything raw. This was a bit disappointing for the price point. Maybe go for the view.

Group of four went out Friday for dinner. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait, that turned into over an hour. The hostess offered for us to order drinks in the waiting area 45 minutes into our wait, which we paid full price for. When we were finally sat in a booth in the main dining area, we were then told that another large party would need the tables along the wall, and we would be moved up to the “VIP upstairs with a great view.” The upstairs dining area is a cold annex with a view of the Lowe’s parking lot, bright lights, generic pop music, and none of the ambiance of the main restaurant.
Our server was quick to get an order in, and the food came out reasonably fast. The food tasted great, which we knew it would and why we stuck through all the waiting. When it came time for the check, it wasn’t split correctly, but we were too tired to continue bothering.
We typically love the food, drinks, and atmosphere of Proof, but this experience was not worth it. Lesson learned, if you’re planning on visiting on a Friday or Saturday make a reservation on the website!!

The place has lots of parking and is in the third floor. The ambiance was very modern pub-type. The service was attentive. The food took a little longer than we expected for a Tuesday night, but the place was also busy. The chips and guacamole was a lost opportunity, because they had only a few chips and cold guac which was very uninspiring. The burgers weee good, the chop salad was nice and crisp and fresh.

Delicious, creative, and fresh approach to all of the dishes. Beautiful and hip decor. We’re beyond happy that we found this place.
