We were seated right away. The restaurant was moderately busy. The server was friendly and attentive. The drinks were good. The bar service was a little slow, especially compared to other customers. The restaurant was colder than it should have been and we had to wear jackets. I felt the menu favored crab and lobster, not fish choices like it has in the past ( I haven't been there in several years) The food portions were good, but were warm, not hot.

I brought my 3 grandchildren to Red Lobster for Christmas Dinner. The food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the biscuits were delicious. I personally enjoyed the $5.00 margaritas....will be back.

We went to lunch at the Red Lobster in Kennewick yesterday at about 11:45 so just a little after they opened. It was very quiet in the restaurant but I guess that everyone was busy Christmas shopping. There was only 2 other couples in the restaurant when we arrived.

We had a great dinner last night! The menu is different, the food was delicious. My salmon was cooked to perfection. It was moist and the brussel sprouts were delicious. My meal was under $22. The seafood boil prices were affordable. Lots of flavor and better than most of the local boils around town. I'm glad Red lobster kept the warm atmosphere. Our waiter Aden did a nice job and took good care of us. We will be back to try more of the new dishes !

Not only did I have the bad experience last Wednesday at red lobster. I am now been getting harassed, bothered bye your GM jason. Who has invaded my privacy, personal life going into my stuff looking me up,cuz he has a bad problem with the horrible experience there. So anybody who puts a bad reveiw be aware of jason the GM will dig into your personal life,harassed you bye having others try change your reveiw. Ppl have rights to write how they feel on there visit. This is so unprofessional,unacceptable of a higher lever to do ,said yeah I am stocking him. I did not give him no permission to invade in my personal life. It is onething to look at my stuff cuz I have a taxi business to be interested in it,see how it works but to go the way he did is not right,has crossed the lined and made personal with me,him. I will be calling above him,make sure he pays the conquences for unprofessional, attack on a customer and should be in line of being fired in my eyes.
