Delicious food! Great drinks, friendly service when the waiter was there, it was a busy Saturday, but they definitely kept those baskets of rolls coming, and they were always so nice, warm, and fresh

Greeted by 4 high schoolers that are standing there smiling, which was awkward. Had a nice waiter named Kevin that was helpful. We never received our appetizer, but the entrees were enough food. Took over 40 minutes before we got our entrees and then the bread came after that. In total for 2 people it was $121 with a $20 tip. Most likely will never go back.

Wife couldn't eat her food it was way to salty, Daughters burger was dry and hard to choke down, sons potatoes wedges looked and tasted like they had been cooked 10 times over. My shrimp was all overcooked and chewy. Used to love going here, but don't see me going back anytime soon. The only reason for giving 2 stars is they did take the wife's plate off the ticket and the server was good.

Just walked out of red lobster after waiting way over an hour plus for our dinner after placing our order. We were seated over 1.5 hours total. Should have known when it took 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us after being seated. I used to love this place and would go here weekly with a friend. I was craving good chowder and food but people can only wait so long. Left $20 on the table for the waitress. It isn’t her fault the kitchen is so slow. This was my second time trying to eat here in the last 6 months.

It took 15 minutes for me to have my drink order taken. Another several minutes to take my dinner order. There was only one server for our entire side of the restaurant. I was dining alone and ordered a Simple entree. As I sit here 30 min after placing my order, I am still waiting for my food. This is not a great experience. I won’t be back.

I dined here by myself on a Friday and had no problem being seated quickly. Staff was accommodating and professional. It's fairly quiet which is always nice also. The food price wasn't bad and the quality of food is slightly above mid line in my opinion also. Seafood is a favorite of mine... This is not fresh catch but meets the craving.

Unfortunately have to give it a 2 star. Pluses were our waitress, she was absolutely amazing. Service was great. I ordered the daily special of lobster and shrimp. The shrimp was succulent as it was drowned in a butter sauce. Now I don't order lobster tail at all, in fact this is only the second time I've ever had it. So I was unfamiliar with how it was supposed to cut and taste. It had a strong fishy taste that I could barely stomach and couldn't even get the knife to cut it. It was very clear underneath so I assume it wasn't cooked thru. Was cold in the middle but I thought it maybe sat after cooking, but the damage was done. Was up all night with stomach issues and went to the clinic the next morning. Shellfish poisoning from the lobster. Been to this red lobster only twice in 10 years and both times sick. Never again.
Order was wrong - again. Luke warm. DoorDash delivered fast but the food was wrong, missing item, not worth the $
