The food took an hour. We watched several tables who came in after us get their food really quick. Just as we were getting ready to leave, one of the cooks, not our own waiter, brought our plates. Lukewarm. Absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant. And, they were not busy. Waiter was a jerk complaining about another “Difficult” table! I wonder why? Hmmmm

Hadn't been here in over 10 years. I was excited as it used to be a favorite when I lived in the tri cities.Food is not worth the price. I was disappointed in the lobster and the scallops. Shrimp was fine.2 adults and two teen girls ended up over 230 with the tip and a feeling of regret.

Red lobster came a long way in the last few years. Me and my husband enjoyed our dinner and a delightful young lady waited on us hand and foot. We appreciated the good service the food was amazing.

I ordered the lobster linguini and every bite had shell and maybe sand in it, it was awful! I boxed it up and took it home and never finished it. The waitress said the clam chowder was $5.99 but was actually $9.99, it needed a lot of salt because it tasted very bland, no flavor. The only thing I enjoyed was the crispy dragon calamari and the biscuits. The service was good and the atmosphere was ok except the booths and wall where we sat had dried food and hand prints everywhere. We'll never be back there are way better restaurants in the area for the price.

Got the AYCE shrimp, and sampled them all. DELICIOUS! The complementary buttery rolls are AMAZING. Price is pretty reasonable, especially considering how delicious the shrimp is, especially the garlic scampi and skewer. You'll feel like you got your money's worth, for sure. I normally hate coconut, but the coconut shrimp is tastier than it should be; would order again.Parking: Lots of room, as it shares the Target parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty sure it's wheelchair accessible; most restaurants are these days, especially chains/franchises.

Red lobster has came so far in the last few years. Whoever in charge of management is doing a great job. Food is always fresh on time and the waiters. And waitresses are always so pleasant. Not to say the restaurant, it's always so clean.

I am updating my last review which was not so good but I am glad to say that the manager reached out to me to make amends. Sometimes restaurants have a shortage of staff or new employees so I think my last review about substandard food was perhaps a one-off for the restaurant. I have eaten many times although it was some years ago at Red lobster and always enjoyed the food. We are planning on returning to the Kennewick Red Lobsterbster to try it again. I will then leave another review.

Got here at 5:30. It is now after 7:00 and still no food. Other tables that arrived long after us are done eating. I’m about to leave and go through the McDonalds drive thru. Food got there at about 7:15. We got no attention from the server. No drink refills, no communication on why it was taking so long. Other tables she spent plenty of time with. Laughing and joking. Possibly she was put off by the fact that my family’s primary language is not English. When the food finally arrived it was luke warm at best. My $46 lobster duo were tiny and were like chewing plastic. I will never go back. The entire dinner for five people came to nearly $300. Which would have been fine if the food and service had been worth that.

My sisters and I had lunch together here for Chinese New Year. My sister got an Ultimate Feast with two Maine Lobster tails. I have to say these lobster tails were the absolute best food we had!!! They were so sweet and fresh. My lobster linguine was underwhelming. It was salty, overall, and it might be because the sauce was salty itself. I wished I had eaten the lobster by itself without mixing it with the sauce. My other sister got the ultimate endless shrimp. She tried many different kinds of shrimp and all the fried ones taste fine. Her favorite was the garlic shrimp scampi. The clam chowder was good too! But not the best I’ve ever had.I would be coming back to a chain for the Maine lobster tail for sure.
