Ist visit 7/9/25 and was quoted $11 for two drinks then paid separately and then charged $13. I called and talked to owner and she said the batista made a mistake and quoted wrong size and must have fixed it to right price and didn't tell me. Also this business charges to use any card, they disclose it but that's the cost of having a business. manager apologized but said everything is good on her end. I was charged correctly so all is good. Not good for me. I live down the street. I'll just drive over to Dutch next time.

workers are super nice and there wasn’t a wait what so ever; pricing is so reasonable! one complain is their espresso taste burnt definitely ruined the rest of my latte experience….

Really good iced caramel. The coffee had good flavor and smooth. She says it is a local roaster here in Kennewick called High Pockets that makes their coffee beans! Excited to try my drink hot.

I thought I would never leave a bad review for Red rail, because I have always praised them so much, I'm there at least once a week.I've tried recommending them to anyone I know that is looking for a new coffee place. But lately I've been so disappointed lately not only with the drinks, but the service(horrible customer service). I'm always about supporting local but, for sure today was my last chance. It's not the same anymore. I will not be going back.

I like their coffee, but it’s not anything special. It also has taken upwards of 20-30 minutes EVERY time I have been through the drive thru. I will get in line with only 2 cars in front of me and still be in like for almost 20 minutes before even moving up in the line or getting my order taken. It’s absolutely ridiculous wait times every single time.

If you like Big Trains I highly recommend red rail! They need to open a coffee shop in Pasco because it’s gotten challenging crossing the bridge every time I need a coffee 😜🥲 I also love that the Baristas take the time to memorize my order & I’ve had some wonderful conversations with most! Super friendly staff!
