No staff. At the front to greet us or ask what we needed. We waited 10+ min for someone to see us waiting. We still waited 20+ for our food that we ordered ahead of time.

We go to Red Robin quite often, mostly on the weekends because our favorite server Nicole is there and is always crazy busy, but is smiling happy and so sweet. Today we came in and the food was the best we had ever had! I asked the girl who delivered our food if the kitchen had gotten new cooks and she said that it was Nicole and she serves and bartends through the weekend but cooks on Monday’s! The best royal burger we have ever had, my husband took one to go! Thank you Nicole!

This is a hit or miss kinda place. From Getting bottomless frys, to the birthday song at the end. Yet again it was a miss. Maybe why we hadn't gone there in over a year. Plus we were over charged. It be another year before we try again.

Nicole was our server, she was fantastic! She made sure we were given the promo before we paid as well as checked on us regularly! We even were visited by the manager, Billie, to ensure everything was up to our liking! It was a great end to a morning of crazy shopping!!

We love, Red Robin and the food, especially, however we have been ordering sometimes in restaurant and often takeout for something like 15 years and they have never once gotten our entire order correct ever! Ever!
We thought it was mostly due to the fact that we do takeout but my family just went there for a family birthday. Got the birthday boys order messed up. They brought an order home to me that was simple and when you pay about $20 or more for a burger you would expect there would at least be lettuce, tomato, and pickles on it, but there wasn’t there was just a burger that was it. I paid $20 for a burger. I really expect to get lettuce tomato and pickles that’s what’s in the picture that is what is supposed to be on the burger! But no! My family said you had a lot of kids working there. Teenagers but still you guys charge a pretty amount when a burger cost almost or over $20 I at least expect you to get it somewhat correct and why would it have no lettuce tomato pickles onion anything none of it! You guys really need to step it up and do way better when you’re gonna charge that much for your food.

Everything was absolutely amazing....
I asked for very very hot FF as my 5 year old has sensory issues....A lady named Bille came ova an brought us out the FF she was so nice an very understanding of why wr needed them to be super hot. Her an the wait staff were awesome... we definitely will return nects times we are in town...

I want to give a huge shoutout to Billie, the manager at Red Robin in Kennewick, for her outstanding customer service and genuine care.

I placed a pickup order, and a few hours later I became sick. I have celiac disease, and because Billie knows this, she takes my food safety extremely seriously always making sure the kitchen is aware and that cross-contamination precautions are followed. When I reached out to let her know what happened, she immediately listened, took the situation seriously, and handled it with professionalism and compassion.

The next day, without hesitation, Billie refunded my order and checked in to make sure I was okay. What stood out most is that she didn’t brush it off or make excuses she showed accountability and genuine concern. Her response wasn’t because we’ve known each other for years; it’s because that’s the kind of manager and person she is.

Billie consistently has the best attitude, provides top-tier customer service, and truly cares about her guests especially those with dietary restrictions like celiac disease. That level of awareness and responsibility is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Red Robin Kennewick is lucky to have her. Because of Billie, I feel safe ordering there and confident that my health is taken seriously.

When you’re sitting in a restaurant, you expect the servers to be focused on the guests — the people actually there to eat. But instead, I kept watching every server gather behind the bar, more focused on their side work and little chores than on the customers they’re supposed to be helping. They were laughing, organizing things, wiping counters, doing anything except looking out at the tables.

Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for a simple drink refill. Twenty minutes. My glass has been empty long enough for me to wonder if anyone even noticed I exist. On top of that, I still haven’t received the fry basket I was supposed to get at the beginning — the one I was told would come out before the food. The actual meal hasn’t arrived yet either, so I’m just sitting here with nothing.

It’s frustrating watching staff clearly have time to socialize or handle bar chores, but not take a moment to check on guests. It makes you feel ignored, like you’re not even part of their priority list.
