Rosalee was awesome! She did a great job making our daughters family bday celebration unforgettable. Thank you!
Saw the server one time to order. Ordered drinks and food at the same time? Didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu and felt rushed. Took about 10min to even get greeted by a server, 5 additional for drinks and at least 15 for chips and queso!
Food was good. But the Manager made extremely inappropriate jobs to a family filled dining room.

So I want to start off with the waitress was great and none of it was her fault. My parents and I came in and ate there today. My mom ordered a well done burger and it was pretty pink also regular fries and got garlic fries and when my mom said I didn’t order that we were told it was just Parmesan which wasn’t true. It was garlic. . My dad ordered the teriyaki burger. He got the teriyaki chicken sandwhich instead and he tried eating it but the chicken tasted off. I had the ribs.. they were very dry and could tell they were frozen and microwaved. It says fresh beef. Not true. Very disappointed. Will never be back to that location again.

Always reliable for a good gourmet burger with lots of fries. We like it because they have 2 different veggie patties that you can sub on any of their specialty burger options. We had the Burnin Love and the Scorpion burger with their Veggie patty and they were both delicious. They were short staffed but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Vegetarian options: You can sub a vegetarian patty on any of their burgers.
Parking: Parking lot all around the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Steps up and down in the dining area

We had terrible service a year ago for my grandma's 92nd birthday party. We stopped in for lunch today and our service was FANTASTIC!! Our food was great and our waiter was wonderful!! Great job guy's!!
Slow service & forgot my grandsons drink; Apple juice & I had to go to bar to get it after waiting 28 minutes for waiter to bring it.

Normally they are careful with food allergies but on Friday night we had a really bad experience and my daughter got extremely sick.
Dietary restrictions: Normally they are pretty careful with food allergies but they dropped the ball badly Friday night
I took my family of 6 to dinner at Red Robin and after we were seated there was a large family next to us with a couple and 4 kids. They were seated in the center of everyone, and one of their young children, about 5 years old, was throwing an insanely intense temper tantrum and screaming at an incredibly high volume. The restaraunt is completely packed mind you. It was obviously very disturbing for not only us, but it was extremely apparent after about 25 minutes that everyone in the establishment was extremely bothered. No one was enjoying their meal.
Kids were literally plugging their ears at surrounding tables and parents were staring at the table, but still trying to be patient as long as they could as all of us parents likely know what it's like to be in this situation. The mother and father did nothing. The child was sitting on mom's lap kicking and screaming while she looked on and stared at her cell phone. The father literally didn't even look up from his phone once, not one time in almost 30 minutes did he even hint that he intended to help or possibly attempt to speak to or calm his child. The manager continued to go about business as usual, walking by the table as if it was not even happening.
After watching the time for 25 minutes, I got up, politely walked over to the table and addressed the man in a quiet calm voice. I said "excuse me sir, I apologize if this seems like an overstep, but your child is obviously extremely upset and doesn't seem to be calming down or intending to stop any time soon. Is there a point when you intend to put down your phone and address the situation so that those of us here trying to enjoy a peaceful and fun night with our own families can do so? Even if maybe you could take her out to the lobby for a few minutes or even attempt to address what's going on that would be greatly appreciated."
The man hardly even looked at me and simply dismissed me by making a small hand gesture to his wife toward his daughter. I was not aggressive nor, did I approach the mother or the child, as I felt that was not appropriate.
A few minutes later that family gathered their things and left the restaurant before their food was delivered and I noticed them speak briefly with the manager on their way out.
It was obvious afterward that the manager was extremely irritated with me as she kept walking by or table after with an angry scowl on her face looking over at our family. I felt obligated to address the manager at this point in an attempt to mitigate. So I excused myself from my dinner, asked if I could speak with her. I apologized to her for walking over to their table, explaining that I don't know what exactly was said as they left, but that I had no intent to make them feel bad or to make anyone feel like they needed to leave as that was not what I intended. I explained that I was as respectful and calm as possible when I spoke to them and that I just wanted to enjoy a nice dinner with my family and be able to conversate which was difficult over the intense screaming tantrum. I told her that I felt that after 25 minutes that it was obvious (at least to our family) that others likely felt the same way and just wanted to enjoy their family dinner and socialize.
She stared back at me with an extremely angry look on her face and said "well I took care of it.They were obviously upset and left because of what you said."
Again, I apologized and offered to take care of any tab they may had left for their drinks (Which my wife was not happy that I offered to do) as we felt that I did what the manager could have politely done for the sake of the other 100ish people in the restaraunt that were feeling the same as us.
As we ate our food, 3 separate couples approached our table and kindly thanked me for approaching the table with the upset kiddo. They all said the same thing to us "Thank you for saying something, we wanted to say something so badly, but we were afraid to do it
Fries were good but the chicken from the wings had a weird taste and made me very sick right after eating them.
Lack of service & very unprofessional.
Management sucks as well
Never will return

We had a birthday dinner last night and for a Thursday night it took 25 minutes for someone to come take our order. After that it took an additional 20 minutes for us to get any starters including the bottomless fries. For a group of 5 people we got one basket of bottomless fries and no one ever came to ask us if we wanted more. I had to flag down the busser in order to get us more. When our food came out, one of my guests wanted no sauce in her burger and there was a ton of sauce. When it was remade the manager kept staring at my guest who ordered that burger. It made her feel awkward and she kept staring at her plate of food. When we wanted to flag her down to get us more drinks because they were bottomless too, she just ran away and hid. I don't know what kind of management that is but it was weird and not acceptable to try to intimidate someone because of the restaurants error.

Food was great. Service was horrible, they rely heavily on the table top computer and pretty much ignore you once the food is served. After our meal we wanted to order some food to-go for someone at home but we couldn’t get any assistance even after pushing the “call server” button.

Friendly but very poor customer service from the entire staff. Nobody is customer focused in the entire restaurant. I don't know what they're doing but they go to the kitchen area and don't come out for 20 minutes at least. The manager has no clue what she's supposed to be focused on. They lost out on hundreds in sales just in the time we were there because they don't interact with customers. Weirdest experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time.
