I love their coffee and service but today has changed my mind. My son called the location on 27th to inquire about employment, where he was told by the woman on the phone that we don't hire Men. When his Mother called and confronted her, the employee laughed at her and when asked for someone in management, she laughed again. Discrimination doesn't look good for a company, and they really should vet what their employees say to potential hires. Unacceptable!

My son called to ask for a hiring manager, the girl flat out said we won't hire you cuz you're a male. I called them and recorded her admitting to it. She was Completely irresponsible by laughing at me when I asked for a manager.
Extremely disappointing but we're on the right path to report.

Best coffee place I’ve been to , I love the spiked lemonade and all the different flavors you can get , the prices are fair and every staff member is positive and super friendly. I’ll have to try more menu items :) can’t wait! My fiance ordered an Italian soda ( I dislike Italian sodas but I tried it , and it was amazing ) RED RAIL 100%!!

I haven’t lived in Kennewick for 5 years and I still think about the Raspberry Mocha from this place every day, almost. I’ve worked at Dutch Bros and other coffee shops but theirs is the best. Keep it up y’all!
