Ist visit 7/9/25 and was quoted $11 for two drinks then paid separately and then charged $13. I called and talked to owner and she said the batista made a mistake and quoted wrong size and must have fixed it to right price and didn't tell me. Also this business charges to use any card, they disclose it but that's the cost of having a business. manager apologized but said everything is good on her end. I was charged correctly so all is good. Not good for me. I live down the street. I'll just drive over to Dutch next time.

Ordered a triple shot of espresso over ice menu states $2.50 added a flavor .50. My math says $3.00...get to window and charged $4.50. I said how can that be...says $2.50 for triple shot and it's .50 to add a flavor...she says I just work here. We were told if you add a flavor to charge as an americano...really...lost your tip and a customer.

I love their coffee and service but today has changed my mind. My son called the location on 27th to inquire about employment, where he was told by the woman on the phone that we don't hire Men. When his Mother called and confronted her, the employee laughed at her and when asked for someone in management, she laughed again. Discrimination doesn't look good for a company, and they really should vet what their employees say to potential hires. Unacceptable!
