Wake Up Call - Southridge

We always get nervous trying new coffee places when we’re traveling, and these guys were the nicest surprise. Perfect coffee, friendly employees and super quick service. They even went out of their way to make an off menu frozen hot chocolate for my kiddo, so we’ll definitely be back.

Walked in this morning to this southridge location, and they were slammed! However that didn’t stop them from providing excellent customer service. From the young lady who took my order to every employee working together as a team with flawless communication, talking out loud and helping each other out for everything to flow. Also doing it with a great attitude. Everyone was very polite. I asked the gentleman his name as he gave me my coffee and sausage breakfast sandwich ( both are very good). Zach thank you sir! You and your co workers are doing great!

Great service. The girl who took our order was super friendly and communicative. Barista was very nice too.

Espresso is awesome and the service was great!! Just passing thru town, great snacks and beverages .

Coffee was not the best, I've had, but still drinkable. Might just be a different coffee roast I'm not used to. Or too much chocolate not sure. Seem like more and more the its harder to taste the actual coffee.

Tried this place out and honestly… never again. They were out of almost everything on the menu, which I thought was whatever — sometimes places run low, it happens. So I ordered whatever sandwich they did have left and they gave me the wrong one… and it was burnt. Like actually charred.

Still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoped at least the drinks would be good. Nope. Even the drinks were bad — watered down, weird aftertaste, just overall not enjoyable. For how overpriced everything is, I expected way better quality. Whole thing felt like a complete waste of money.

It’s clear management doesn’t care about customer service and quality. No effort to train the staff, no care for quality, just completely unorganized. Such a waste of time and money.

Great quiet little spot, we enjoyed our visit. 4 stars because I had a tea, iced, and they didn't seep my earl gray, before icing. Friendly staff.

Great service, great coffee, and nice clean inside space. Had some issues this past summer / fall with flies inside, probably because their drive through stays busy with the sliders open.

Had to stop here to take a dump on a long trip. The staff was friendly when I asked for the code to the bathroom.

This location is our favorite wake up call of all their locations in the tricities! The one on 68th is a close second but this one always makes us feel welcomed and valued! Great at making mad hatter recommendations and have mastered their drink mixes!

I tried walking in to this location at 6:30, but the doors were locked. An employee came out to say lobby closes at 6. I was by myself and was not looking to stay and sit- just wanted to walk in and order since my car was parked where my daughter was practicing soccer. I would have liked to order here, but I wasn’t going to walk all the way back to my car just to go through the drive thru when posted business hours say open until 7.

Businesses can have lobbies closed for sitting but still allow walk in orders. Perhaps this is the policy because the company doesn’t want to pay employees to have to mop the floor past closing time (the only reason I can think of). I don’t see why I can order at a the drive through window but not inside?

Friendly, clean, convenient location. Great coffee and smoothies. Ordered ahead and everything was ready and waiting when we arrived. We’ll definitely stop next time we pass through town.
