I have only gone to this Wake Up Call a few times. It seems that every time I patronize this location, something is wrong. I asked for a Northern Peach energy drink today. Received some messed up blueberry thing instead. As it was in my own cup, I didn't see the color difference till I took a drink. I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed. Very unhappy

I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.

This is my favorite coffee shop. The staff is always so friendly and coffees are always good. I only drink sugar free, so I just tell them to make me something good that's SF, and it's perfect every time

The whole drink was ice and halfway thru the drink it just tasted like sparkling water and had no flavor and the cashier was so sassy

The young lady at the window had great suggestions. I had a green something 2 days in a row that I'm obsessed with.

Got out of vehicle in the cold and went to the walk up window. Lady was very rude and told me I’d have to wait until all the cars got helped before she’d help me.

Marconian (not sure if spelled right) was great, good happy vibe and made our drinks perfectly.

I'm always here with my boyfriend at the ungodly hour of 5:20 in the morning, and the ladies working the window are always so amazing and friendly to talk to! (They also make great drinks and breakfast burritos!)

Wife loves the coffee here and the drinks are pretty good..

The gentlemen who worked today afternoon 8/25/24 can I just say how amazing he is, I know my coffee is going to be so good when I see him, he knows how to feel someone welcomed and he’s just genuine, I feel so terrible today I had just woken up from working a night shift and I just drove to the coffee shop not checking time he still served me even tho it had just hit 7 I felt terrible he’a such an honest worker. He’s a keeper. My highest praise for him!
