I have only gone to this Wake Up Call a few times. It seems that every time I patronize this location, something is wrong. I asked for a Northern Peach energy drink today. Received some messed up blueberry thing instead. As it was in my own cup, I didn't see the color difference till I took a drink. I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed. Very unhappy

I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness.
