I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. I love this location! Everyone in the mornings knows my name, knows what I like and how I like it. Everyone always has a smile. This place is the place to go, the site with the best customer service, and the best drinks to start my morning!!!

This is my favorite coffee shop. The staff is always so friendly and coffees are always good. I only drink sugar free, so I just tell them to make me something good that's SF, and it's perfect every time
