I've had WUC in Spokane, and it seemed favorable- but after this visit to WUC in Kennewick, I think I must have been mind-hacked in Spokane, because my coffee, my wife's coffee, and my daughter's choc chip cookie... all completely average at best. Coffee and cookies CAN be transcendent! And it doesn't even take that much effort to make "above average" coffee, and it takes even less effort to BUY cookies from a company that makes above average cookies....

Disappointed with the Mad Hatter Drink
I decided to try the Mad Hatter drink.
The Mad Hatter drink tasted incredibly strong, almost like drinking cough syrup. It was overpowering and not enjoyable at all. I believe that if the syrup was cut in half, it might be more drinkable for customers.
To salvage the drink, I had to add an additional 16oz of seltzer water to dilute the strong taste. It was disappointing to have to alter...

Honestly, the #1 reason I stop by multiple days a week is the team at this location. Serena and Tony are the best. They now know my orders by heart and always have encouraging words to start my morning. They have been there through a new job, family health issues, and just life. No, they are not my "friends," but they are certainly some of the best customer service experts around. I would hire them in heart beat, if I had an opening. Their charm mixed with their coffee...
