Dude at the front just wasn’t helpful, looked at me like I’m gross. Felt seriously uncomfortable and not welcomed.
I tip 5-10 for coffee because I live on it. He got 2 and it’s not a compliment.
Dude with dark hair and beard… it’s a coffee shop not a high school for u to judge people!
Just. Not great customer service…

Rockabilly has SUCH a special place in my heart. Not only do they roast their own coffee, but they have the nicest staff and care so much about what they do. One of my favorite spots ever.

We got Rockabilly: Cloud 9 coffee at Kagen Coffee & Crepes and hands down the best coffee I've had in Tri-Cities! We bought 2 bags of beans to have at home. We do pour over, and the flavor Cloud 9 beans deliver is superior.

My daughter and I were out shopping in the area of your coffee place. She and I both agreed it was the best caramel macchiato we have had in town! We live in West Pasco and she asked me this morning “mom, is it too far to drive to Rockabilly’s to get another coffee?” It was yummy! Thank you for your service and the atmosphere in your store ❤️ Thinking of you especially this time of year!

There aren't a lot of coffee roasters here in Tri-Cities, and there's only one I can think of where you can see the roasting process first hand. It's AMAZING to be inside Rockabilly in the morning and see the coffee you're drinking basically being roasted right next to you. The smell there is incredible, and the atmosphere has warm wood vibes with tons of room to hang out with friends or get some work done. My favorite is their cold brew, but I'd be lying if the Affogato wasn't tied for #1 when I'm doing a little cheat on my diet. YUM! If you haven't had the chance....pick up a pound of their coffee to make at home. It's insanely smooth and fresh, unlike the overpriced stuff you find in the stores.

Not sure how I’ve gone this long without leaving a review! I adore this place. I’m there about 4-5 times a week. The coffee is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I also grab bags of their beans for my home coffee supply. If you haven’t been to this Downtown Kennewick gem yet, it’s a must try!

Rockabilly Roasting is nestled in Downtown Kennewick on the corner of W Kennewick Ave and Auburn St. Plenty of seating and room to have a conversation with your friends easily too. I met a friend here on a Thursday morning for coffee and was happy with the Latte I ordered both for taste and temp :)
