My friend and I stopped by this coffee shop today while visiting from Portland, and we had such a lovely time chatting with the lovely barista Caitlin (sorry if I didn’t spell that right!). Not only was the coffee great, but the customer service and overall interaction from the staff member who helped us was so welcoming and kind! We’ll definitely go out of our way to stop by here the next time we pass through Kennewick! ✨💖

Dude at the front just wasn’t helpful, looked at me like I’m gross. Felt seriously uncomfortable and not welcomed.
I tip 5-10 for coffee because I live on it. He got 2 and it’s not a compliment.

Rockabilly has SUCH a special place in my heart. Not only do they roast their own coffee, but they have the nicest staff and care so much about what they do. One of my favorite spots ever.
We got Rockabilly: Cloud 9 coffee at Kagen Coffee & Crepes and hands down the best coffee I've had in Tri-Cities! We bought 2 bags of beans to have at home. We do pour over, and the flavor Cloud 9 beans deliver is superior.

My daughter and I were out shopping in the area of your coffee place. She and I both agreed it was the best caramel macchiato we have had in town! We live in West Pasco and she asked me this morning “mom, is it too far to drive to Rockabilly’s to get another coffee?” It was yummy!
