Visited when they came to the WSUTC campus. Despite the crowd the staff were extremely friendly and quick. The ice cream was perfect for a hot summer day.

Doesn’t have a good experience with them, because they charge money for an extra plastic spoon, which I never heard about it in my life, I paid for a bowl of ice cream for my 2 kids to share. They said can’t give out too much free stuffs ,one bowl one spoon and charge $0.25 for a plastic spoon. so just let you know if you buy a bowl ice cream from them, if you drop your spoon by accidentally, you might need to pay for an extra spoon. But the ice cream was really good and the kids like it.

Prices were not posted so I was thinking maybe $6 for the root beer float. Nope! $12!!! For a drink my 6 year old finished by herself in 5 minutes. Completely asinine price. I bought 2 tacos at a neighboring truck for $10!

We had rollin at our wedding and it was a HIT!! Such a cute truck as well! Everyone lovedddddd it! The owners are so sweet too, making sure they could do anything to make my day perfect.

Good ice cream but terrible service/transparency. Waited 30 mins in line at Tri Cities Raceway to order. Prices weren't posted so I only learned it was $10 for a small bowl at the counter, but I was already in by 1/2 hour by that point. 1 hour later and I still have nothing...

new location (at Hooked Seafood behind the mall) dairy free options available which is great because I'm lactose intolerant. I had the Galaxy builder which I think included oreos, fresh blackberries, Graham crackers and raspberry sauce all rolled up and topped with dairy free whip cream. So happy to have these options available in Kennewick

I have been to rolled ice cream a few times and up to now everything has been excellent. Today though, the product I received was so unappealing I had to throw it out after the first bite. My wife and I both ordered the same type of rolled ice cream, I don’t know the name of the roll but it was supposed to include coconut, caramel, and cheesecake. My wife asked for the non-dairy option and I ordered regular ice cream. When we received our order, we were told they were both non-dairy. They tried to explain that that’s all they were serving that evening but never mentioned it when I ordered. I should have just returned it and got my money back but I was really the mood for some ice cream. So, I took the cup and tried it but it was tasteless. It’s hard to say a sweet frozen treat is terrible but that’s exactly how I would describe it. My wife was likewise unimpressed but at least she knew what she was ordering. They also didn’t add any cheesecake. Previously I ordered rolls where cheesecake was listed as an ingredient and there were chunks of cheesecake mixed in. I may try them again but I won’t seek them out. And a warning to anyone that orders, make sure that if you do order ice cream, they are actually making ice cream and not substituting a non-dairy option.

I love to support small business owners but I sadly won't be returning. They were out of dairy free options which is why we chose here in the 1st place. I told the gal working that I had an odd question & kindly asked if it was possible to use just banana and squish it or not. She scoffed and rudly said I would need a cream base, that's not going to work. A simple no or sorry we can't do that would've sufficed. I added and paid for extra cheesecake pieces and almonds and had no cheesecake added to mine and 1 single piece of almond. Im assuming she heard me tell my husband I wouldn't return after she was rude. I prefer my ice cream served cold not with a side of pettiness.
Super tasty but takes a while. They need to bring back the Samoa Cookie ice cream because that one was addicting. I'd say price is fair for the amount of materials and work is put in.

First time trying it out and it was okay. A lot of flavors to choose from but both of ours tasted the same? I’m guessing they just add food coloring to vanilla ice cream to give it all the funky colors. Presentation was great. But it just felt like we were eating rolled vanilla ice cream with some sprinkled toppings and whipped cream.
