There's an older employee who is unpleasant and rude. I doubt I'll be shopping there anymore which is unfortunate because it's close to my house.

First time here, I wasn't disappointed. The employees were SO friendly! Store was clean and well stocked. Super happy with my visit.

Mohawks not welcome? My husbands 1st time ever going to this location and he is followed around and watched. Mohawk and gym shorts now means "follow this thug" apparently. Ironically he has worked loss prevention for a major sports retailer. He is more than familiar with LP tactics. This crossed over into insulting territory. We are in town visiting and likely will go somewhere else for our needs while here. Lastly as he checks out he walks up on what he assumes was a manager talking to the cashier and bagger on how they need to be able to be independent so she can "guard the perimeter". Don't worry. We will avoid bringing our money or his mohawk into your store. One less customer to stalk. Be better than that.

Probably the worst grocery store ever. Never any cashiers. It's like a ghost town for employees. I always end up waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Might as well be going to Walmart. At least the prices are cheaper.

This Safeway has the usual Safeway fair. We travel frequently and enjoy the consistency of Safeway's in different cities. This Safeway's employees seemed unfriendly. The staff member in the produce department barely seemed interested in helping me find a product when I asked. However, Bonnie , the clerk was overtly prejudice. The lighter skinned folks before and after us were greeted with warm friendly smiles from her. We greeted her kindly and she would not bring herself to greet us kindly at all. She did not smile, she did not say thank you. Bonnie was not polite, did not smile, did not say thank you.

Super friendly at checkout, unfortunately produce department lacks size, variety, and freshness I'm used to. Also a bummer I can't order meat through a butcher :( This location does have some great deals! Check out the safeway app for coupons.

Mommy brain was on the high side today and I went through the cashier line made my purchase, paid, grabbed my receipt and change and left, forgetting my bag of two items. I called customer service and they were extremely rude. Couldn't even get a word in as to what to items i had left and the employee kept asking which line I went through which I had to keep repeating myself that I do not recall which line number but that I do have my receipt with the cashiers name on it. Yow! Don't buy liquor here if you're used to state-controlled liquor stores (like Idaho or Oregon.) You'll pay up the ying yang for the convenience!
Dana from the floral department did our flower arrangements for our wedding a few weeks ago.. The flowers were everything we could have dreamed of and more! Dana went above and beyond to give us the beautiful arrangements we had envisioned, even with limited resources to work with. She was so easy to speak with and was open to giving ideas. We appreciated all of her help and could not be any happier about out flowers. Thank you Dana, you are truly an angel!
