Ordered vegetarian food, but food all contained meat. Grilled cheese sandwich bread was toasted but cold with cold unmelted cheese and old cold fries

Best Chinese food in tri cities for over 20 years.

I was in there with someone who is fighting stage 4 cancer. We left after trying to order and not being understood because the Chinese speaking waitress got frustrated and was tapping her finger on the menu trying to point it stuff it was stressful. I've eaten there before and the food is good

This place is the best! We have been coming here for years. The staff is so great, they always remember us and help accommodate our dietary restrictions.

Food was pretty good. Egg roll tasted terrible. Service was non-existent. No one checked on us. Got my own leftovers box. Paid my bill at the counter. Basically just a place to order and sit down rather than a full service restaurant. Would do better as a food truck.

Food is very good and large portions. I ate lunch today here and I will probably eat lunch again there tomorrow :-)

I’ve been looking for awhile for good Chinese food and have been disappointed at a couple others. Mandarin has what I was looking for and will be going back.

My first experience with my Family was not so good. I decided to come again on 12/29/24 and it was a total disappointment. The food is very good but the service is absolutely horrible. My server never came and checked on us. We had to ask the bus boy for more water. Then we had to ask someone else for a box. The owner is always nice and friendly. As we were getting checking out, the server walked over to the register to see if she got tipped. Honestly, tips are based on great service and great customer service. None of that happened.So, we did not tip. I am a person who usually over tips.c As we were leaving, our server was sitting down on her phone. Not sure that we'd be back. Especially since this the second time we tried.

They remember me every time, and the food is always 10 🌟 love this place.

Although Christmas eve was the busiest I have ever seen this restaurant. The food was excellent as always. Truly the best in town.

Have gone here a few times. Their house fried rice was amazing alongside their sweet & sour chicken. However, the pork fried rice was not as good but still better than most around the area! Always fast service and friendly staff, would recommend if you are looking for some good Chinese food.

Best fried rice in all of tri cities! Go with the house fried rice for sure
