I really did like the place. I came back, but this time ordered a take out. The staff were making fun of me for being fat. They laughed at me. Pointing finger at me while I was sitting down waiting for my food. Little did they know I had a miscarriage and gained weight because of depression. I never came back. To my plus size women, be careful walking in to this place.

We love Shang Hai. The staff are always super kind. We got the lunch specials and it was more food than we could eat in one sitting. We come here regularly.

We had 20+ people and they accommodated us well, service was great, food was great and the moderate noise i mentioned was 20+ people sharing a meal.

Had dinner on Friday night and the waitress and food were the worst. Sweet and Sour chicken, it was dry and it appeared from the night before. The sweet and sour sauce looked like ketchup with some orange food coloring. Attempted to address it with the rude waitress. She leaves it on the table and actually wanted me to take it home. The silverware was dirty and I will never go again. YUCK!

Was traveling home through Kennewick and was craving some pork chow mein, so we decided to stop at the first Chinese restaurant we saw. Glad we stopped in. The food was very tasty and the prices were great. The pork chow mein was really good, as was the rest of the food. We'd eat here again if in the area.;

The food was absolutely amazing! Portions were huge! The restaurant was a little dirty! Service wasn't great at first, but it got better towards the end!
