Everyone from the guests that were there eating to the service was very very friendly efficient. They got the order right and came back at the proper times to check up on us and see that everything was perfect at our meal.

Did not try any food, just stopped in for the bathroom and 1 red beer. Had to use Apple Pay for payment method; which they accept, but manager (owner?) told her attentive staff in front of us in a very rude manner that if the machine wasn’t doing something specific she was just to tell customers they would not allow them to use Apple Pay, and the issue was a very simple fix that required only seconds more of patience, so why offer a payment option to your customers if you’re going to just turn your customers away over a small learning issue on your part? Additionally, when I joined my friend she was first having the same issue with the machine and that same manager came out and made a snarky remark towards my friend over the issue as she was coming up from behind her and then rolled her eyes. Just very poor taste in quality customer service and I wasn’t impressed with manager, but her waitress was very sweet and obliging nonetheless and easily fixed the very quick issue, so we appreciated her service, but won’t likely go back. I hear the food is good though. And maybe it was just a bad day.

We thought there was a Prime Rib Special Thursday and Friday night. Waitress was extremely rude. Told us it Friday and Saturday never suggested the special for Thursday. My Aunt told her the light was out over our table and her response was so pick another table. I will never return unless under new management. Don’t see them staying in business much longer if you treat the only customers you had in the place. Truthfully if there was a negative star that’s really what they deserved.

The mozzarella sticks weren't cooked all the way, the bbq sauce tasted like sweet ketchup, everything fried had a fishy taste, nothing was seasoned, and the $18 burgers were cheap from a box. We were very unhappy about the food and when we said something all that was told to us was sorry.

I attended a baby shower in the event room. The room has a great layout, and the service and food were great.
Came in for 2 prime rib dinners tonight to go. Prime rib was severely undercooked and cold to the touch. The baked potato was unwashed. The gralic bread was a hoggie cut in half... REALLY YA.

Been here a few times and its always the same if your not a regular. food takes forever they never come for refills. It would be a cool spot considering its the only family place open out here. Every time its the same experience. How do you forget bacon on a bbq bacon burger seriously, but remember to put bacon on a burger that was added to it smh

Pleasant experience. Came here to eat with friends and got their delicious BBQ bacon burger. There’s two pool tables and TV’s all around. There’s regular seating areas for family and friends and a small bar. Waitress was incredibly kind and attentive and the place felt inviting and clean. I would like to bring friends here sometime to shoot some billiards.
Kid-friendliness: Besides the bar there are plenty of tables for all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no stairs, but the front door does not have a button for wheelchairs.
