I went there a few weeks ago, 2 exceptionally friendly ladies made me a delicious bagel and a really good white chocolate mocha. I will be back.

The bagels were good and we really liked the bagel chips. I kind of feel like they needed more staff on hand to accommodate the amount of orders they had between the drive through and inside. I was pretty disappointed about the attitude that the girl at the counter gave me when I told her she got two of our drinks wrong. Finally got tired of her insisting that I ordered a pumpkin spice chai which I would never... I strongly dislike pumpkin spice.

Got a cinnamon swirl bagel and was very happy with the significant cinnamon flavor and overall quality. The staff made sure to wrap it well so my cream cheese stayed intact. I'm planning to come back and try more!

Yes, I would overall say. It seems like the small coffee does not hit very hard UNTIL it is all gone. I got blk with sugar Omg! I was up most of the night. They might have given me 3-4 💉 of expresso so I could expresso how I felt 😀

Extremely rude, impatient and bothered that my kids couldn't make up their minds with what they wanted. They also made my kids throw away their drinks. Nothing like Richland location, in Richland they are always so nice.
