I've loved this place for years! Today when I went, the drive thru line was really long, so I went inside. Gave my 5 begal and 2 coffee order. Ladies worked together on mine and the cars in the drive thru. In walks 3 families (1-4 kids in each), and they just kept plugging along. They did an amazing job, as always! Thanks for your hard work and delicious food!

Ok food. However, poor customer service. They are not friendly at all. I asked for help to identify their bagels and what I got was “there is the menu pointing at it.” (From an older lady) Not to mention it was our first time there. They need to learn that is not ok to walk away when customer are talking. Also, the young girl was rude when I asked a question about their cream cheese. I will definitely not return nor will I refer this place to anyone! Please make sure you welcome your customers with a better attitude.Customer Service SUCKS!

How have I missed making this review. I have eight Bagels here quite a few times and I have to say they are so good. Today I ordered a raisin cinnamon bagel and this older taking my order told me to try the Walnut raisin cream cheese. It was so good on the bagel. Think outside your normal cream cheese.

I called to ask about blueberry bagels. The nice lady said they had some left sp she held back 9 for me to pick up before closing. She was very friendly. My daughter lives in Seattle so when she comes to visit she loves to get the blueberry bagels. Thanks Somebagels for being to nice and friendly.....
