Both TriCities locations disable the app ordering. Sonic often offers special deals, but only available in the app. Today is 50cent corndogs, for example. But they are app/online offers only. Also only in the app is half price drinks all day. I'm guessing this is the franchise owners choice, to avoid participating in specials... do they realize that it also loses the business of some customers? And certainly hurts the reputation of the Sonic brand.

Today was our first day trying out Sonic. My son was excited to try the shakes. They weren’t busy I was the only one in the drive thru and the girl at the window has horrible customer service.m since the moment She opened the window. And when I asked her for ketchup and ranch she made a face. she was in a hurry to get back to her conversation with her coworker. I never understand why people that don’t obviously like customer service work in customer service….

First time visitors….We went for the experience and when they failed there (no roller skating, outdoor service, music, nothing!), we decided to go through the drive through and it was clear that the woman who took our order hated her job!! And don’t order anything with ice cream - sundae, milkshake, etc - because they don’t off this currently. Nor do they have sausage, fry sauce, and the hamburger meat was over cooked and tasted like cardboard…..so we threw it away! Not to mention the Sonic off Gage by the Mall was Poorly maintained…..smells like poop by the order stand, the plants and pots are all broken and dead, the payment machine is hanging from the wires at the window, and the overall appearance the owners should be ashamed and embarrassed. If I could give them a zero point score I would.

I didn't give it a 1 star because I do understand a little about being short staffed, even if that was the issue, I don't really know. Been trying for multiple days at different times of the day just to grab a slushee and we have been told that they're out. I also understand because it's summer and hot but man to try multiple times and be out every time. My food was eh. There was a long line in the drive through so I get why it was cold. I have ordered the same thing before, the bun was not the same as it usually is, they put too much toppings on and it was extremely salty. I know, what do I expect from fast food right? 30 plus minute wait and my lid on my drink didn't stay intact so that was all spilt. Murphy's law, anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Thanks for the ok service though and I'm sure they were probably working hard.

Ordered through the drive threw. One #1 med with tots and a #2 large with tots plus 2 medium popcorn chicken. When I paid for it was almost 27.00. Had one person give me my drinks and take my money. Another person handed me a bag with my food. I thought the bag looked small. She said everything was in the bag but I checked before pulling away. My order for chicken popcorn was not in bag. She said I didn't order them so I ordered again. When I got home I realized I had to have paid for the popcorn chicken the first time as I knew a #1 and #2 could of not been $27.00. However there was no receipt in my bag. I ended up with French fries on one order which was wrong. The fries were cold and not fully cooked. The hamburgers were burnt and cold. The popcorn chicke was so burnt that even my 4 dogs wouldn't touch them. Horrible experience and won't be back.

Apparently only the drive thru was open...then suddenly other people could order from their cars. Coneys tasted like they were store bought & not the normal sonic dogs. Stuff was stacked on the conveys so the toppings came off in the wrapper...order taker had problems comprehending what I ordered...even though it was simple...then on the kids meal was told I could only have 1 side...again they could not comprehend that I would pay extra for the items...ff...and again out of slushy mix. Oh & the outside tables need to be cleaned from spider webs.

Seems to be the only way to get some attention in this is to leave a bad review. I'll happily update this review once you fix things. July 9, 2022.App order capabilities have been offline for weeks now. I contacted Sonic and got a standard blurb response. You've got nearly half the parking stalls blocked off. Half the the open stalls have the order screens offline. I get that labor shortages are an issue, but you've lost revenue from just problems.The food and drinks are awesome. Can't wait to come back when stuff works again.

They were out there of SO MANY THINGS! Had to completely change what I wanted and didn’t even get a drink because they were out of slushees? What? Sat in the drive through for like 20 minutes when we only ordered like 4 things. Definitely wouldn’t come back.

Some of the car hop order stations we not working. They are not full-size pickup friendly(not enough room). Service was good people are friendly and pleasant. The milkshakes are delicious!

They were short staffed and all the systems were down and these ladies held the fort DOWN, and busted my food out. Food was delicious and worth the wait after a long day of softball tournaments. Whoever their supervisor was never showed up to help... but should definitely give these girls a raise.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This specific sonic location is terrible. Worst customer service. Everytime I come here they mess up the order. I came here today and waited 40 minutes and they never came out with my order.... and it was just 2 cranberry limeades... shouldn't be too hard to make. Will never come back here.

Worker taking our order kept getting confused on what we ordered (3x) and didn't know if we were in drive thru or parked. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Fries were old and cool to the touch. Both sodas were completely flat - on Dr Pepper and a Sprite. Workers kept coming to our car trying to give us other customers' orders.

I’ve been there three times this week and every time I ask for a route 44 strawberry lemonade I specify exactly what I want I tell them I do not want limeade I tell them this keeps happening and I even double check if the window and they say yeah and then I get home and find out that I have a limeade I’m not sure what the problem is with the Kennewick Washington store but I would say somebody needs to fix something pretty quick because I won’t spend my money there any longer I love the strawberry lemonade but I don’t wanna pay five dollars for something I don’t want and when I have to specify so much to the people that work there to make sure I get what I want and then I still don’t get it there’s obviously a huge problem.

Sat their for 15-20minutes waiting on our order chick tried giving us the wrong order. 2 cars showed up after we did and they got their orders first. And sonic was focusing on drive thru more. Poor service drove off and told chick to cancel. This place has gone down hill and I miss seeing them skate. Won't return u til they get it together
