Love the patio

My family and I like to go here to play darts or pool and have a few drinks. The food I have gotten here is very good. The drinks are pretty good. Sometimes strong but usually not weak. The only reason for the 4 star is this time I got a drink then was ignored for the next hour and a half. Usually it's very good service.

The music was great but, too loud indoors to carry on a conversation. So we moved outdoors. UGH! Much to our surprise and dismay, they allow smoking and vaping!
Not a good experience for the 7 is us trying to eat and chat with smoke swirling around us and our food.
I wanted to leave but several were already there and ordered food.

Update:The blonde bartender is absolutely horrible. She was so slow and her attitude only made it worse. Drinks went empty multiple times and the entire bar seemed to be ignored. It was only made better when she was slamming dish racks, so unpleasant. Luckily the other girl was awesome as always and provided us another round.

The crowd, live music, food, and other bartenders are great. It's a shame this girl is allowed to rain on all the good things going for this Dugout.

Great brew taps, pool, darts, clean place ,and authentic people....I came in for a brew and left satisfied. They are great at being who they are!

Service here is awful! We just left today after coming for lunch. We felt extremely ignored. We have been here many times and the service is always disappointing. We would have stayed longer if the bartender actually paid attention to us. Were not planning on coming back again until maybe they go out of business and someone else buys them out. 100% do not recommend unless you like being ignored and disrespected.

Only one waitress. Lots of people so slow service. Not her fault. But management needs to double or triple the service for a few (4-5) to accommodate the number of people for that time period.
Food is excellent and great portions.

Elizabeth is a bad server

Terrible service. Gave us menus and beer and then 40 minutes later asked if we wanted another pitcher or food. We tabbed out.

Sate there for 5 minutes at the dar trying to get change for pool, even though there was a bartender she never acknowledged me or even looked at me, so I was out of luck so I asked my wife to go up and she sat there we a friend for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, we finally just left, pretty sad, we live in the neighborhood and it would be nice to have a local spot but the service or lack thereof is horrible and always has been, don't waste your time!!

Fantastic spot to grab drinks and have a game of pool. Friendly staff (Jillian was amazing) great food, decent prices. Will be back

I want to thank you for not sharing your restroom facilities with my three year old grandson. Basic kindness is part of the problem with a lot of people today, apparently your establishment is part of the problem as well.
