Terrible service. Gave us menus and beer and then 40 minutes later asked if we wanted another pitcher or food. We tabbed out.

Sate there for 5 minutes at the dar trying to get change for pool, even though there was a bartender she never acknowledged me or even looked at me, so I was out of luck so I asked my wife to go up and she sat there we a friend for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, we finally just left, pretty sad, we live in the neighborhood and it would be nice to have a local spot but the service or lack thereof is horrible and always has been, don't waste your time!!

Fantastic spot to grab drinks and have a game of pool. Friendly staff (Jillian was amazing) great food, decent prices. Will be back

I want to thank you for not sharing your restroom facilities with my three year old grandson. Basic kindness is part of the problem with a lot of people today, apparently your establishment is part of the problem as well.

Southridge Dugout Bar and Grill is a fantastic local spot! The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive team making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The casual and welcoming atmosphere made our visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

The food was good. They had 1 server and 1 cook so service was slow. But, the food was good. Overheard the server say she was trying to call in help but nobody was answering their phones. I think it's worth stopping!

Olive Garden prices but not even taco John’s quality of food. I’ve had better food at a school cafeteria than this place. Buffalo Wild Wings is a better sports bar. If you want to pay 20 buck for a meal made with discount frozen food this is the place for you.
