In 2021 my husband and I were in the tricities for his work. We stumbled upon this place and might’ve put on 10 lbs from how often we came lol. though we’re from Spokane, we stop here EVERY time we come through town. He’s currently working passed the tricities and brings me home our order on occasional Fridays. It's pretty typical street food. They have a few options to choose from, and I usually get the carne tacos while my husband gets their burritos.

The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of food. Especially their burritos, which are massive. I think my only complaint is that the tacos can get so greasy that it pools in the bottom of the takeout box and coats the other tacos which sounds nice in theory but it doesn't taste very good. I stumbled across Stacks about 4 years ago and since then I didn't know the name of the taco truck until recently. Now that I have finally found them I want to express how wonderful their food is. some of the best tacos you'll get in Tri-Cities. I can't wait for my next visit to get some more stats
